«Hotel con ubicación excelente, inmejorable. Frente a la estación de tren y a 1 calle de la entrada al ancient town. La cama y almohadas muy cómodas y la atención excelente. Nos hicieron un free upgrade a una habitación con unas vistas preciosas. La zona de las piletas termales esta bien pero es un ambiente muy de familias con lo que relajarse poco con los niños gritando por todos lados. El desayuno es completo tipo oriental. Hotel muy recomendable para ir a ver los pandas»

«El Sr. Li era muy amable y bienvenido. El mismo nos trató de patatas dulces, que era realmente dulce de él. El habla inglés, así que la comunicación era muy fácil. El hotel está muy cerca del río Azul de Dujiangyan, y le recomiendo muy bien este lugar para los malasios que planean quedarse aquí. La habitación tiene un concepto japonés, y me encantaba.»

«Buena ubicación, a pocos pasos de la estación de tren. A menos de 5 minutos a pie del casco antiguo y de numerosos restaurantes para comer y cenar. El desayuno buffet ofrece una variedad de platos. Los dos recepcionistas fueron amables y atentos. Al registrarnos, nos informaron de que nos habían cambiado de categoría de habitación. La habitación estaba limpia y era espaciosa para dos personas; la cama y las almohadas también eran cómodas. ¡Tuvimos una estancia maravillosa en el Holiday Inn Dujiangyan!»

«En general: Una experiencia que superó todas las expectativas. El plan era un viaje de 3 días y 2 noches a la cercana estación de esquí de Sunac (el paquete del hotel incluía los pases de esquí), pero también incluía unas aguas termales al aire libre. El hotel Huajiange, contiguo al hotel, cuenta con una zona de juegos interior para niños y actividades al aire libre como karts, perfectas para que los niños quemen energía. Entorno: Reservamos una habitación con vistas al lago y, por las noches, pudimos disfrutar de los fuegos artificiales y el espectáculo de drones en el cercano complejo Sunac - Dream Back to Qingcheng. Después de las aguas termales, pudimos dar un paseo con los niños por los alrededores del hotel, un momento muy agradable. Habitación: Como éramos dos adultos y dos niños, al principio nos preocupaba que la habitación no fuera lo suficientemente grande y pedimos una barandilla para la cama, pero también tenían un sofá cama, ¡lo cual fue genial! Desayuno: Bastante abundante. Mi única queja fue la falta de leche helada y yogur helado. Pensamos volver en verano para visitar el parque acuático.»

«We love everything that is here in this homestay. We booked the room that is alike tatami, the room is clean, the toilet is very comfortable. They have provided bed warmers cuz we went during winter. The place is located beside the street on the 2nd floor, it wasn't too noisy at night though the surroundings have a few bars and ktvs and they can be quite loud at night. But they have free ear plugs so it could be useful. I love that the toilet is clean, the room is cosy, it's located very near to the tourist bus stop and the high speed rail station. The landlord is very friendly and helpful. Whenever we need help or have any inquiries, they're fast to reply and help out. Overall it impacted greatly during our visit at Dujiangyan ❤»

«What I liked most about Home2suites by Hilton is the warmth felt in the room the moment I stepped in. The table felt like a study table at home. The hotel provided a microwave oven that really came in handy for our takeaway dinner. The food got cold so quickly and we could enjoy our dinner comfortably in the room with the oven. The hotel was very nice to send us a plate to warm up our food. There’s even a sink with dish detergent! The ladies at the reception were very friendly and helpful. Although it’s a short distance away from the main tourist attractions but it was much better to stay away from the crowd and noise for a good night sleep - 远离喧嚣.»

«Excellent hospitality, I not only felt welcomed but I felt like I was a friend visiting. The room was lovely with nice amenities. I checked it early and a gentleman offered to drive me to the entrance of Qingcheng Mountain with his Tesla, good English, I learned later that he was the owner or maybe the GM. He dropped me and told me to call him to pick me up once finished. I didn't, and walked back the few km to hotel. When I came back they offered me to pre-order my dinner, which I did. It was very nice and as they didn't have beer, the lovely receptionist went to buy some for me with her own money. I felt guilty afterward as her wetchat was invalid for me to reimburse her and I had no cash. I transferred the money to hotel tho. But her gesture was really hospitable. The following morning the breakfast was simple but very nice I recommend anyone going to hike at Qingcheng to stay in this great hotel. 5 stars service»

«This was not a fun trip for us. My father's health was worsened during his tour to China and got him hospitalized at Dujiangyan People's Hospital. My sister and I had to go to Dujiangyan to take care of him. Most of the time we booked the hotel only to sleep and took a bath in turn as one of us need to accompanied him at the hospital. However, Crowne Plaza Dujiangyan had been great, all the staffs are very attentive and willing to help us. I would like to commend Mark Liu as he helped us a lot. From making sure the car went inside the lobby so my father did not need to walk far, adding extra breakfast for us to helped us print some documents for hospital's need. The room service lady was also very sweet to us. The room we stayed was awesome, clean and spacious. However the room was a tad too warm for my liking. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Dujiangyan.»
