We requested an upgrade upon check-in, but were told the room was fully booked and upgrades were not possible. At 9 AM, we saw other twin rooms of the same type available, with balconies facing the guesthouse interior, completely empty. The double room was right next to a storage room, with a trash can right outside the door. Not only were there many mosquitoes, but the room was also teeming with sewer gnats (if you don't know what they are, look them up yourself—they're disgusting). Breakfast ended at 9:30 AM, and by 9:15 AM there was nothing left; waiting for a refill took half an hour. There were even dead mosquitoes in the porridge, and no one replaced it.
