«Stayed at Tian Yu An Art Hotel near Dandong Train Station recently and had a pretty comfortable stay overall. The hotel has a slightly artsy vibe that makes it feel different from the usual standard hotels. The room was clean, cozy, and quiet enough to get a good rest at night. The location was really convenient too — close to the train station and not too far from the Yalu River Bridge area, so getting around was easy. There were plenty of food places nearby, which was nice after a long day of walking around. The staff were friendly and check-in was smooth. I will stay here again if I visit Dandong in the future.»

«El hotel está situado en una zona de 2 estrellas, con una gran vista de Corea del Norte, un hotel más antiguo y el lobby se reúne, pero la habitación era moderna y la adición de binoculares fue un toque pensable. El único verdadero descuido fue el servicio, la recepcionista femenina con pelo corto que nos inspeccionó fue frío y desagradable y regaló vibraciones muy desagradables. En realidad ruinó el humor al ingresar. Un gran disuadio de quedarse aquí otra vez.»

«Location was great 30 seconds walk to train station , pick up point right outside hotel for taxis, good view towards North Korea side and bridge from higher floors. My room was very dated and old with musty smell and signs of age on walls and furniture. The bedroom was no frills i.e. no tissue or tea provided in room. Sheets were clean and ok. The bathroom has a slight smell of pee, and shower area is not separated from rest of bathroom so whole bathroom gets wet during shower. However bathroom is stocked with the usual necessities like toothbrush, soap, hairdryer, towels, toilet rolls which is good. Overall, good value for budget travellers due to low cost. I would not stay here again next time I visit Dandong as there are other similar priced hotels 1-3 minutes further from the train station, but without the view to North Korea.»

«Decepcionante, y un poco caro para la calidad (aunque supongo que es lo normal en Dandong). No había agua en la habitación (algo que normalmente esperaría por algo que supere los 100 yuanes). La habitación, aunque tenía ventana, daba a un patio interior, así que no recibía mucha luz. Además, parecía tener una escalera de incendios. Me despertó a las 5:45 una chica que intentaba abrir la puerta (no sé si estaba borracha o loca, ni qué pasaba, pero no era forma de despertarse, y nunca habría sucedido si no hubiera una extraña puerta cerrada al fondo de la habitación). Informé al dueño, pero no me ofreció ninguna explicación. Obviamente, no volví a dormirme después de este incidente, así que no descansé bien al día siguiente.»

«Absolutely outstanding hotel! The staff made it one of the best short trips I have ever taken. After arriving late at night, the front desk upgraded my room and gave me a free plate of apples. The room itself was excellent, with a very modern new bathroom and a comfortable, spacious bed. Breakfast is delicious, with a wide range of dishes available, including lots of pickled vegetables. After checking out on the last day, I was caught in a thunderstorm, but the staff let me come back to change and dry off anyway, which was very kind of them. Overall, one of the nicest hotels I have stayed at, and certainly the nicest staff!»
