Trío asiático normal. Las habitaciones están húmedas y necesitan ventilación constante. De noche no funcionará porque habrá ruido, las paredes, por supuesto, son de cartón. Reservamos una habitación con balcón, pero como la puerta del balcón no cierra bien, duermes como en la calle, se oye todo. Es más fácil decir que no duermes nada. Inmediatamente nos informaron que queríamos cambiar de habitación, nos mostraron las opciones y al día siguiente nos mudamos a una habitación de 4 camas sin balcón con acceso a la parte trasera. Se volvió notablemente más silencioso. La habitación está limpia, pero hay olor a humedad y moho en las esquinas. El desayuno es bastante normal. Muy cerca del mercado y del lago, a 5 minutos a pie. Nuestras impresiones habrían sido malas, pero los jóvenes vietnamitas de la recepción nos ayudaron en todo e intentaron hacer que nuestra estancia fuera cómoda. El empleado del hotel también nos reservó un billete de autobús a Nha Trang. Estoy subiendo una foto de nuestra primera habitación, las terribles manchas en la alfombra no mejoraron nuestro estado de ánimo en absoluto.

The location is central and close to the basics one might require.
Both the receptionists were friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately, I arrived around 1pm and checking in was stipulated at 2pm.
There was no one at the reception counter but there was a family also, either checking in or out also seated nearby.
A full scale fight started amongst them and the young adult male hurled a full coffee container onto the table between them whilst shouting loudly.
He came and went several times screaming at them whilst they tried to mop up the mess with tissues.
No security or staff appeared to intervene.
Thankfully, this fammily all eventually rose and left, dragging their luggage behind them
The room I has been alotted was fine although the shower room floor was inadequately angled and so shower water flooded into the main bathroom floor.
Having then left to grab some lunch I returned to hear loud jackhammers pounding above the ceiling accompanied by intermittent hammering.
I phoned reception who apologised but said it was out of their control.
The demolition work stopped around 5pm but started again at 8am in the morning.
Looking back I can't say it was an overall favourable experience.

Close to the night market. There are shops and restaurants nearby. You can get quick and easy breakfast from the stall next door. Some rooms are facing the street which might be a problem for those who are sensitive to noise, but personally I slept soundly with windows closed.

I booked this hotel only a few hours before arrival in the night. The receptionist literally “ran” to welcome me upon my arrival. Check-in was very fast, room is spacious and classy (vintage style).
Very clean, the toilet is the smart type (a bit too smart, and it opens every time i stepped into toilet).
Super super super in love with the hotel Restaurant, you can have a view of the whole dalat city from the restaurant. Variety of food is good, can just sit by the window enjoying the view all day!
The only downside is the dog barks in the morning from the street, but that’s not the hotel’s fault, can bring ear plugs.
Highly recommended!

Nice staffs and good location
I arrived in the very morning at 5 Am, the staff helped me to check in and so friendly with me, he offer me half price to get early check in which is reasonable. And most of staffs they can speak English.
The hotel located nearby city centre with very nice views, I saw beautiful sunrise here. 5 mins motorcycle to centre. I rent motorcycle here, very convenient and good deal. I never drive motorcycle before the staff teach me again and again. 👍
It is a quiet place with warm hearted people, I hope they can get more business and if I come to Da lat again, I will definitely book this hotel again.

Заселили раньше времени. Перонал говорит на английском, расположение отличное, по середине торговой улицы. К вечеру улица превращается в ночной рынок, но нам это совсем не мешало. Все рядом, кафешки, огромный супермаркет в 10 минутах ходьбы. В номерах есть балкон небольшой. Очень удобные и широкие кровати. Не плохой завтрак, перекусить можно.

Отель очень понравился, снаружи сразу выделяется ярким фасадом, а вечером яркими огнями. Сотрудники милы и общительны. Номер у нас был с балконом, оттуда открываются прекрасные виды на город и горы. В номере есть ванна, все необходимые туалетные принадлежности, завтраки хорошие, горячее блюда на выбор по меню. Присутствуют фрукты, йогурт, десерты. Кофе или чай тоже на выбор по меню. А кофе здесь самый изумительный. В номере чисто, белье белоснежное, вода, чай, кофе бесплатно. На 6 этаже есть терраса, оттуда тоже открывается великолепный вид. Есть стол и стулья, можно там посидеть за чашкой кофе встречать восходы и закаты. Отель советую, на пожалеете. Заселение в 14:00.

Excepcional
SSERGEIOverall, I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Everything looks quite modern and well-maintained. However, there were a few drawbacks. The shower wasn’t hot enough, and the room was quite cold because of the chilly weather in Da Lat during this season. Unfortunately, the cold from outside made the indoor temperature uncomfortable, and with the lukewarm shower, I ended up feeling pretty cold.
There was also a minor issue with check-in. When I arrived, the gates were closed, and there was no one around to answer or assist. I eventually managed to check in after contacting the hotel owner directly.
Overall, my stay was good, despite these few inconveniences.

JJeanne MokThe hotel has the greatest awesome European style decorations with the most convenient location, very cool! The hotel staff Trang was very friendly and spoke very good English! The amenities are in high standard! The only thing that the hotel needs to improve is in the bathroom, the shower room has no door nor shower curtain which the water would wet the floor every time taking the shower. Two floor mats was provided when we checkin but only one was provided after, should always provide two floor mats as it'll then be soaking wet; the water tap on the basin was not stable as it turned whenever we turned on the water which i think it should be fixed, even the toilet behind the reception has the same issue. Both are just smal issues. Otherwise, all is GREAT and I'd highly recommend to everyone for this hotel.

FFaaiz97It was really a nice hotel. Recommended to everyone to stay here. Near the main bus station. You can walk from bus station to this hotel. Also near to many attraction like cable car, coaster, greenland 1 1, clay tunnel. Cheap hotel with full amenities. We book the small bed one 2pax but get the big room with 2 bed. The hotel provide put your luggage early, if you lucky you also can get early check in due to availability at that time. Mine check in the hotel 5am . Owner also kind to help us traveller get the info, can speak english. She was really nice, try to make we comfortable stay at this hotel. Will stay here again if i come to dalat.

SSobel PhangThe room was very spacious and bed was comfortable. Linh was really helpful and able to speak good English. We requested for extra pillows and Linh immediately send it up to our room. The balcony view was amazing, overlooking the city on one side and forest on the other side.
The area is rather quiet but we have no problem getting in and out by Grab. However the road leading towards hotel is probably under construction. There is a cute cafe named deer in the forest & dessert shop named NA & cakes that serves very affordable yet delicious cakes.
I would definitely come back again and gladly recommend this hotel to friends and family

Sobre todo, me impresionó la cálida y amableza de los jefes del hotel.
Cuando mi cuerpo estaba enfermo, me hice muy útil en el proceso de llevar el autobús de vuelta a Ho Chi Minh ~ ♡ Se parece que el tesoro más grande es conseguir un corazón caliente inolvidable.
Si vuelvo a Dalat, definitivamente quiero volver ~~ !!

UUsuario anónimoThe name of the place is exactly righty. The design is crazy and the rooms have beautiful details that make you want to spend time here.
The rooms were a little damp since they don’t have heating as it was raining outside. But the experience was still worth it, since you had the premises all to yourself after the masses of tourists roaming around during the day.
Our room, the Gourd room, was the best, since it’s the highest and in a dead end so people won’t constantly pass by your room. Spend a night here to have a unique experience.
It would be nice if the hotel would provide a little breakfast for that price. They have a café so logistically this wouldn’t be a problem…

AAwilumThe hotel has a very convenient location. The rooms are clean and bright, with large windows. In my room, the window faced the sunset, and the sunlight warmed the room throughout the day. This made the room pleasantly warm, even in the evening. It was nice to return to a warm room after a long day, thanks to both the sunlight and the view of a beautiful sunset.
The placement of power outlets was convenient, and the room included a kettle, which allowed me to make tea easily. The hot shower was also a plus. The parking area was secure, closed, underground, and very spacious—perfect for both bikes and cars. Overall, the hotel gave me a sense of safety and coziness.
However, there was one downside I encountered. The bathroom was extremely small, and the shower kept flooding the room. On the first day, I reported this issue to the staff. They responded promptly by wiping the floor with dry towels and removing the water. Unfortunately, the problem persisted. The next day, I asked them to fix it again, and they removed the floor filter, which was blocking the water drainage. While this improved the situation, it did not completely resolve the issue. It seems the shower area wasn’t adequately sealed, as water continued to seep out into the room. This made it impossible to take a long shower, limiting me to very short ones.
Despite this, my overall impression of the hotel is positive.

Also if you’re like me, and don’t want to leave your physical passport at the desk the entire stay, be prepared to pay 1M VND, to hold as security(you’ll get it back if you have no damages). No estaba preparado para eso, así que me llevó un poco de retraso. El día de nuestra salida, el dueño nos llamó un taxi, que nos salva casi la mitad de lo que GRAB nos pagaría. MMiang YiangHi recently I went to Dalat for the 10th Dalat Flower Festival. I stay at TTR Skypool View Hotel from 3rd to 8th Dec 2024. It is near the centre market and the lake where the festival was held. The weather is cold in morning and night with cool wind in the afternoon. Beautiful flowers and scenery. Overall cleanliness of the hotel and room is very clean. Would recommend this clean and safe hotel to tourists.
