Where do I even begin? We extended our stay several times. During my trip I had an accident, and I can honestly say that this hotel helped me heal. Every member of the staff was so kind, caring, helpful and respectful that words are not enough to thank them. They are truly a dream team — from the reception staff, the bellboys, housekeeping, the waiters, the chef… every single person left a beautiful impression on me. The hotel is located in a dreamy place. If you are looking for peace, tranquility and beautiful views, this is definitely the place. Our room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We will definitely come back and we will recommend this hotel to all our friends and family. We will miss you ❤️

Шикарный отель, все что нужно есть, очень приветливый персонал, предоставляют бокалы со льдом по вечерам, можно сделать барбекью, завтраки тоже отличные! Не хватает кофе машины,пледиков на вечер, но это уже мелочи! Всем советую именно этот отель около озера.

Una dama clásica que necesita mucho mantenimiento. El desayuno ofrece una amplia variedad de opciones. El mobiliario de la habitación está obsoleto y la cama está fuera de apoyo. El aire y el entorno frescos son buenos. El personal es amigable.

Идеальное место для уединения с природой и перезагрузки!Если вы хотите остаться наедине с собой и насладиться первозданной природой, этот отель создан специально для вас! Он находится в самом конце озера, где заканчивается дорога, поэтому никакой посторонний шум вас точно не потревожит. Персонал невероятно отзывчивые люди. Ребята подсказали дорогу на панорамную смотровую площадку и даже дали с собой термос с горячим чаем.Номера: комнаты — просто «ван лав», очень уютные и комфортные.Атмосфера: идеальная локация, чтобы полностью отдохнуть от городской суеты. Огромное спасибо за незабываемый отдых! Предложение для отеля: Было бы здорово организовать прокат лодочек и SUP-бордов прямо у озера, чтобы гости могли поплавать (разумется, за отдельную плату). Это сделало бы отдых еще более активным и интересным!Обязательно приезжайте сюда, вы точно не пожалеете!

El personal de todo el resorte, siempre sonriendo y no puede sofocar su humor. La habitación era muy cercana a la habitación, pero no se puede encontrar en el hotel. El hotel está muy bien situado, y el hotel está muy bien situado. El hotel dispone de una mini-mart para las bases, incluyendo vino y cerveza. El interior de la habitación(estuve en una villa) es como el tipo de chalet.

Hoteles en El País Vasco: Este hotel es un hotel muy bonito con una zona de apariencia chica. Situado junto a muchos lugares de turismo. Los desayunos son super. La habitación es limpia, todo lo que necesitas está en ella!

Everything is perfect! The scenery and hotel villa picture look exactly the same as its hotel's official photo. The food is delicious, the seed house is full of activities for kids, walking around the resort compound during a drizzling day is therapeutic. I regretted only staying for one night and extended some extra hours. Will definitely be on my bucket list to come back again once there's a direct flight to this place. The airport is under some construction hence we could only take the sleeper bus. It was a nice experience of the sleeper bus but I would not do that again. Overall this hotel has been one of the best forest resorts I have stayed at. A few friendly comments for improvement: the bathroom is too small and there's no separate shower room other than the shower head on top of the Jacuzzi tub. It is quite inconvenient as we need to climb in and out of the Jacuzzi to take a shower. The Jacuzzi tub wasn't clean enough. I have to wipe it with my own wet tissue. There is dirt at the water pressure outlets. The pillow is a bit too soft and thin.

El hotel es un hotel pero fechado, hay que hacer algunas reparaciones / renovaciones. El desayuno no es un buffet como se describe (que es bueno cuando casi no hay invitados), sino cuando se pide un chocolate caliente en lugar de un café y se le paga si lo hace no está bien. El hotel dispone de una zona de 2 estrellas con una amplia gama de habitaciones.
