"My stay in this hotel was all the way positive and very pleasant. All was extremely clean and maintained, and the comfort was at a high level. The atmosphere invites a – quiet, relaxed and cozy to complete recovery. The small but very attractive pool with seawater – was a real highlight! The facility is traditionally designed, giving the place a special charm and a secret atmosphere. A great praise goes to the staff: The handling of the guests is very personal. "Pasamos cuatro noches en uno de los mayores habitaciones (suitas). Hay sólo 14 habitaciones en el hotel, de modo que se reconocen rápidamente a todos los huéspedes. Nuestra habitación con habitación separada era muy espaciosa, el baño es enorme. El desayuno buffet es pequeño, pero muy bien equipado. El café y el té también pueden beberse gratis la tarde. When Jürgen Starhagen, God hath blessed him, an former banker and genius hotelier, he decided not only to build a hotel, but to build and operate his hotel, he had only one goal in his eye: to offer the best to the guest. Together with his wife Helga, they were both a congenial duo. This was shown especially when selecting their staff. Many of them have been working here for years, very for the pleasure of the guests. Highly motivated, the serviceable spirits are doing their jobs. And so that the physical well-being is not too short, two restaurants have been created. We had to clean a table with a full coffee cup and full dishes, although other tables were still free because this table was intended for three other guests. Without reservation instructions, well noted! Just so, we were probably only guests 2. Class. This thing has never happened to us in a hotel and we were already in hundreds of accommodation. When paying the tax we were not asked if we liked it. No, it doesn't, we'll never come back and can only abate anyone of this establishment. There are many better accommodation in Cuxhaven."
