"I never fill these things out, but… I’ve stayed here maybe 7 times prior to this stay. The last time before this was two years prior. This hotel has gone downhill gradually in both cleanliness and overall maintenance. Honestly, less than five years ago it was always fantastic. Five star. But the last time we were here two years ago, it wasn’t as clean as it had been, and service was slipping. This stay over Labor Day weekend 2026, they were packed, and appeared understaffed. It took a long time for rooms ti be ready and there were long lines. When we got our room, there were (used) shops bars still in the shower and hair inside the shower. The shower didn’t work. There was water, but it wouldn’t go though the pipe to the shower head. I reported the shower issue but not the rest because I did the best I could to clean up the area. We left for the night and were told maintenance would repair it while we were gone. Maintenance changed the divert switch but didn’t check to make sure it worked because it still didn’t work The counter by the tv was very sticky. I didn’t complain about that, but should have. Something was spilled on it and not cleaned. The entire 7th floor stunk of ********* when we checked in, when we came back to the room that night and again in the morning. That is not necessarily the hotels fault merely pointing it out. We did not go to the restaurant this time. It has always been fantastic But I can’t comment on it for this stay. I honestly hope it is still as good as it has been in the past. Prior to this stat there has always been a night time manager known as the man in the suit. He always kept guests happy and took care of all issues. I did not see him this time."

"The hotel was clean and the air conditioners were easy to set and use. But there's no place to put your toiletries in the shower and the elevator panel was broken on the 3rd floor so we couldn't ride the elevator down only up. So my fiancé had to carry our suitcase down 2 flights of stairs."

"It doesn’t even deserve 0 stars!!!This has been the worst first experience here or at any hotel I’ve ever been to! By the way, I never leave reviews for anything. Our first room (218) had a mouse nest, feces, and urine all over the the pull out bed. Tiffany (room manger) ensured a room change or some type of compensation. The GM stated no room changes were allowed, however they approved it after mentioning the mouse nest/waste all over the bed. Tiffany (the room manager and the only person that actually tried to help) told us to go to the lobby to get a new room assigned. However, the “acting” manager instructed us to wait until all other customers were checked in (over an hour wait) before he could assist. After an hour wait, he then said no rooms could be changed. They instructed us to bring our personal belongings to store at the front desk while we go to the Reds game. When we took everything down to the desk, they set us up in the the second room (208), which had stained sheets and a FLOODED FLOOR! Yes the floor was soaking wet from the air conditioning unit malfunctioning. They finally set us up in a third room and stated they would provide sheets and linens for the pull out bed - they did not. They failed to make anything right with this situation and made this trip absolutely miserable. Also, all phones were down for some reason - probably so nobody could call in and complain about all of the issues. This has been the worst experience at any hotel and I would never stay here or recommend this hotel to anyone! Even with the robotic statements, “if there is anything I can do…” and then do nothing… my family will not stay at this horrendous hotel ever again!"

"Es un hotel justo ... Hay un McDonald’s en la frente del hotel. El hotel nos dio 25 minutos a pie del Estadio Paycor (juego bengalí). Desayuno Americano estándar. La habitación es confortable.. , cama de tamaño rey con cama de sofá.. , y una muy buena ducha.. !! ¡Yo me quedaría otra vez!"
