"¡Desastre! Elegí este hotel en la app de Opodo. Me dieron una dirección falsa en el mapa e indicaron que era el centro de su zona. Cambié el hotel de Loutraki a This! Y el nombre Loutraki-Agioi!, exactamente el mismo, pero es un lugar completamente diferente y un mar diferente, sin transporte, sin fuentes de radón y sin agua mineral potable para tratar. ¡Sin autobuses, sin bicicletas, nada! Un taxista de Loutraki apenas encontró el hotel. Al llegar, lo primero que hicieron fue estafarme otros 24 € por el aire acondicionado, aunque en la app aparecía que todos los impuestos estaban pagados, ¡y la maleducada recepcionista no me dio el recibo! Antes de eso, ¡no me habían cobrado nada en el hotel! Simplemente no hay nada en la zona: ¡un desierto y casas particulares! ¡Se tarda 30 minutos en llegar a la tienda con todo esto! Claro, puedes ir al parque, ¡pero primero tienes que llegar con el calor! El desayuno es asqueroso. La única fruta eran unos albaricoques agrios, ¡y nada más! Tuve que comprar la cena allí: ¡una ensalada César cuesta 12 €! Mi consejo: antes de elegir un hotel, ¡fíjate bien! Su ubicación en el mapa, porque coinciden con la dirección."

"I cannot fault the staff for their friendliness and efficiency, especially Anna in the restaurant who went above and beyond everyday. Our room, block 6) was dated and basic and the cleaner did not clean every day and changed the towels infrequently. Our bed linen was not changed during the week’s stay. The balcony door had a broken lock, and being on the ground floor this was concerning, but after telling reception it was repaired that day. Breakfast was acceptable although all the fresh fruit was covered with syrups (unacceptable for a diabetic) with pears etc hidden behind the counter. Most of the choices were only average but better than the dinners which were poor and lacking in imagination. Even the Greek salad was unpleasant with lettuce bulking up the dish. Meats and vegetables were overcooked and had been standing a while, so cool and desserts were pure sugar, Generally I cannot see how this is rated a 4/5 star hotel."

The hotel has consistently maintained its high standards, and we will definitely return on our next trip to Greece. We stayed in a Junior Suite with two separate bedrooms. The suite was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The refrigerator was a practical addition, and both bedrooms had their own balcony, TV, and separate air conditioning, making our stay especially comfortable. The reception staff were always friendly and helpful, answering all our questions with a smile. The rest of the staff were equally welcoming and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The highlight of the hotel is definitely the breakfast. The selection is extensive, fresh, and of excellent quality—one of the best hotel breakfasts we have enjoyed in Greece. It's a wonderful way to start the day. The location is also excellent, with a lovely beach just across the road. Overall, this hotel offers outstanding value for money. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfortable accommodation, exceptional breakfast, and genuinely friendly service."

"A few months ago my family and I visited your remarcable resort . The receptionists were so helpful and kind. As soon as we arrived we were warmly welcomed by the staff. They immediately offered as a cold beverage to take a moment after our long trip as they were checking us in. They showed us to our rooms and helped us with our luggage.Our rooms were ready when we arrived so we did not have to wait. They were really clean and neat. The beds were so comfortable and we had a really good sleep. We had the chance to relax and a break from reality. The food was exquisite. We had a really nice cocktail at the Anemos seaside bar. The amenities are great. The pool is really clean and well kept. You get closer to nature and have the opprtunity to do a lot of like swimming in the pool or the beach and after have a meal at the Triaena restaurant where they serve mediterranean food. Our kids had fun at the playground near the pool.Over all our experience was one of a kind. We will never forget our amazing time at your resort and we hope to make it again next year. Congratulations on your hard work and the amazing staff. Thank you for this incredible experience."

"It's just so-so. The only good thing is that there is a beach outside where you can swim. There are many cars on the road next to the hotel. You have to go outside to get to a parking lot. You have to wait for more than 5 minutes to turn to the road. The car is always driving and you can't get in. It's very inconvenient."

"I stayed at Pappas hotel for a week. The food here was amazing. Simple, but very tasty and nutritious. I am an athlete, this hotel supports my fitness goals with healthy food and that I love most about hotels. The staff was very friendly and helping. My favourite staff member was the barman Nikos, who greeted me and tlaked to me like an old friend. Make sure you chat with him during your stay. This hotel is a very nice and calm place to stay. It is just far enough from the city noise and at the same time just a 20 minute walk away. The beach here is small, but very cozy and private, it also has a bar and jumping dock. This hotel is not like a hotel, it is your second little home."
