CCATHRIN KAI NINGThe hotel lobby located at Level 5 and the check in/out procedure is fast. Staff at reception are well trained, very efficient and helpful.
The business room that I booked is very spacious, the room is clean and the cleaner will come to do housekeeping such as change all the towels, replenish toiletries in daily basis. Anything you have requested from the staff or maybe you have ordered food delivery, there is a robot to deliver to your room. They supply drinking water in bottle to you everyday. You can request more if needed. Hotel breakfast is good, lots of variety, but they don’t have coffee there.
The opposite of this hotel is shopping mall called Zheng Hua. You can enjoy city walk while staying at this area, downstairs also got a lot of shops selling their local traditional product, restaurant, phamarcy and etc. easy to get transport and the didi will drop you beside the road since hotel entrance is facing to the main road also. overall, I like the atmosphere of this hotel and will definitely come back again if I visit Hohhot in future.

La habitación es más detallada, la ventana está limpia, las camas están limpias y planas, la sección seca de la cama se separa de la cama, y destaca la calidad y el tono en todas partes. Los sonrisos de la recepción, especialmente los de los hermanos pequeños, son muy intimados, son todo el viaje. El diseño de la habitación es un diseño moderno y sencillo y es térmico. El equipo inteligente debe estar completo. Los detalles de las ventanas eléctricas, la luz de control de voz y otros mejoran considerablemente la comodidad y la tecnología de la estadía. Esta experiencia de esta estadía es más que esperado, ¡debe felicitarse a este hotel de cinco estrellas! El entusiasmo y la profesionalidad del personal, la recepción y la recepción son muy eficientes, y también introducen en profundidad las estrategias de comida y juegos alrededor. El hotel en su conjunto es tranquilo y las instalaciones son viejas, pero se encuentran cerca de la compañía y en el otro lado de la unidad.

CCurt 常鹰This hotel can be very hit & miss. I have stayed here 3 times and had 3 different experiences.
First things first, though, it is worth pointing out that location is excellent, especially for its price, and staff are always very friendly, and often have a decent level of English, as well as Mandarin & Mongolian (almost every guest I ever see here speaks Mongolian).
My first stay here, I had no complaints. The room was clean, comfortable, & spacious. An excellent room at its price, if just slightly dated.
My next stay was totally different. I was told upon checking in that my room didn't have a shower but I could move the next day. Not ideal after a day of travelling but I was tired so accepted it and went to bed. The next evening, I returned to the hotel & was told I still couldn't move, & had to wait another day (the day I was checking out). I managed to convince staff to let me move eventually as I really needed a shower, & there was a room available - so why couldn't I just be there in the first place?
My third and final stay was also disappointing, though not as bad as the second. Upon checking in, there was a huge group who had checked in just before me - not ideal, but little you can do. But only one elevator was working, and would only hold around 3 or 4 people at a time. So it genuinely took almost half an hour to get to my room. Then, for some reason, the elevator call button on my floor didn't work. Fortunately I found a staff elevator that took me out the back exit and had to use this for the rest of my stay - but that somewhat reduced the convenience of the location.
All in all, while I appreciate the price and location here, I have started using other hotels when I visit Hohhot now.
