"This is 1st time for me and family to stay with the Valley Resort and i would likt to said our stay are good and comfortable. The service are good ,the staff are friendly and also best of all since i celebrating my bday the room i stay the arrange with nice decoration and wishing word"Happy Birthday" ,i feel really touching for the services.the food for breakfast can be more good with more variety specially can add salads and hot soup in future ya 😉. I booked 3 room since i came with my family,1 of the room are connecting and it is perfect specially for my parents as they are older so good we can look after too,the view are good as we choice rhe room type with balcony so we can enjoy the view. Only the amenity lil bit rundown specially go car area perhaps can fix as well with lift for old people quiet challenging for up and down on the hills,others like mini bird park,chicken farms and playgrounds are vakue add to the resort😉. Gym and swimming are good specially with the hill views since the resort allocated above hills ,my nephews and sister are enjoying ,only some equipment in gym must more maintance and can be more better. Overall we enjoy stay at the resort and will recommend to family and friends to stay for some changing views and experience in Bandung ,Good Job the Valley resort hotel keep it your good service ya and Thank you for welcoming me and family 👍😉"

"¡Gracias por la agradable estancia! ¡Fue una experiencia tan sorprendente y nos disfrutamos de los momentos. En primer lugar, el personal era muy amable, amable y útil. Terrible servicio al cliente! La habitación era muy limpia, agradable y perfecta para una vista sorprendente. Pero también hay algunos problemas que quiero plantear. En el hotel, el hotel se encuentra en el centro de la ciudad, y el hotel está en el centro de la ciudad. Pero no podemos cenar donde estaba el escritorio porque, sólo había una silla disponible. Por eso tuvimos que mover la mesa pesada para cerrar la enorme sofá. He pedido la mesa de troley, pero, aparentemente, no pueden dejar que lo usemos. En segundo lugar, la sopa estaba fría. Qué era muy decepcionante :( acababa de tener un par de limones y no puedo tomarlo más. Bueno, supongo que esos eran la parte menor de mi estancia. Pero, en general nos disfrutamos de nuestra estancia allí. Ah, otra cosa! El jugo de bife balsamico angus fue el mejor plato! ¡Eso vale la pena probar!"

"Esta villa es un poco vieja, se ve desde los muebles, pero todavía muy bien mantenida. La habitación también es limpia. Cucina moderna totalmente equipada. Piscina caliente 👍🏻 es muy valioso."

"New villa 3KT , equipped with swimming pool, karaoke, billyard, complete cooking tools & dining tools, very convenient, located in the very cool Dago Village area & many luxurious villas. Some shortcomings like: - Karaoke facilities seem to have some broken speakers, because the sound is not ok - The living room air conditioner can't be turned on on the day of ke-2 , I don't know if the battery is remote, the remote or the unit is problematic, fortunately the air is cool, so it's not too a problem All reviews have been sent to admin & responded very well."
