«一般懶得評價，這家酒店還是比較滿意的。首先位置算是鬧中取靜，房間對出去是溪水、鄉野，有個飄窗可以靜靜地喝茶看風景，樓下還可以餵魚小朋友很喜歡。但是周邊其實還蠻熱鬧的，超市夜市廣場什麼的都在附近，出去買個東西都很方便。另外床品毛巾也都不錯，洗手間乾濕分離到位。早餐品種不多，但是出品還行。唯一缺點就是沒有電梯，但是樓梯是蠻有設計感的。»

UUsuario invitadoEn el viaje a Mili Island Lake a finales de agosto, el hotel se eligió para un alojamiento más recomendado, que era muy valioso para Minghoo, y se arregló específicamente para un alojamiento en la segunda casa, con un mayor desfase entre los resultados y la imaginación.
En primer lugar, la higiene y las instalaciones de la habitación son muy satisfactorias. Pero no es un hotel nuevo. La casa de baño y el baño están separados. La flor caliente es muy buena. No está satisfecha con la pared de la media personas en el balcón del tercer piso. No se puede ver el lago en la habitación. Aunque ahora el balcón no es suficiente debido a la altitud, También hay resinas, la vista no está abierta, y se sugiere el cuarto piso o más.
El director de la mañana llamó a la oficina y envió una carta de micro, un programa de actividades dedicadas a la estancia y un horario de negocios de las instalaciones, con un contenido rica y colorido, y en realidad se enfrentaba especialmente a ellas. La mayoría de las actividades de los padres y los hijos estaban en un hall, sin organización ni participación de niños, en forma mayor que el contenido. La piscina exterior más esperada está lejos del hall del hotel, no puede ir a la habitación, tiene que caminar mucho tiempo con el sol grande, la carretera no está separada de los automóviles humanos, es muy incómoda, y sólo se abre la tarde. Algunos bonos de rescate se han entregado, todos tienen un umbral, dos bonos de hielo gratuitos también tienen tiempo de uso, y finalmente no han llegado a usarlos, y es culpa mía de no ver el tiempo de actividad. El campo de juego principal no es grande, los individuos creen que no hay 3.000 metros cuadrados, pero es suficiente para jugar, muchas de las tablas están vacías, los caballos rotadores no están siempre abiertos, y el suelo en su conjunto es muy duro.
La salida envió cinco manzanas como regalo de acompañamiento. El personal del hotel también tiene una buena actitud, pero siempre hay una sensación de operación forzada, que no se siente desde el corazón. La sensación general es que quiere construir un hotel de alta calidad, pero el círculo es hecho, no aprendió a Dios, y las palabras de vacaciones no son muy recomendables.

El resort es fácil de encontrar,
La habitación es muy limpia y cómoda, el restaurante tiene una comida muy buena y gustosa, el desayuno buffet fue muy bueno.
Todas las áreas de ocio son espectaculares.
Definitivamente volveré al resort.

The hotel facilities are really nice with nice bedrooms and the park around the hotel is a real plus. They also propose a lot of activities. On that side, this is up to intercontinental standards or even above.
However, there were 3 points that were disappointing and for us are not up to standards for a 5 stars hotel:
- no English-speaking staff is not acceptable for an international brand. We could not communicate at the reception or restaurant.
- it is mentioned 4 restaurants are open on the website and in the public area (1 Japanese, 1 Chinese, 1 buffet and 1 international) while actually only 2 were opened : the Chinese and international one. The latter is not up to international standard: no dessert menu, drinks menu only available in Chinese and the quality was average at best.
- Service for food and drinks is generally speaking very slow (1h to get hamburger while being the only customer/ +30mn to get drinks at the bar) even though the staff is nice.

AAnyaWe had such a wonderful time at Voco! The hotel is very clean and beautiful. The views of the lake are gorgeous- especially from the breakfast restaurant and the gym. You can watch the sun set right over the water. The hotel staff members were friendly and helpful. The breakfast is delicious and there are plenty of options. I do think the restaurant prices for lunch/dinner are a bit high, but the hotel is just a walk away from other restaurants. It’s located on Yangguang Road, right along a running/walking path next to the lake. I will definitely stay here again if I come back to Qiandaohu!

UUsuario invitadoThe room was very comfortable and spacious for the family of 4 of us. Unfortunately the weather was against us and rained everyday whole day during our visit and couldn’t go do sightseeing by foot.
The “guest bathroom” drain was releasing a very unpleasant stinky smell throughout our visit. Highly recommend to spend a few RMB and buy the drain smell problem solver (see picture attached). Promise it will solve the problem!! Installed it in all our apartments where we lived in China that had the same issue.
Our daughter (and us) enjoyed the playroom even though the a/c systems did not allow warm air to heat the room (setting was on hot= 35 degrees Celsius, high speed, but never went over 15 degrees Celsius). Cleanliness could be looked at, lots of human hair lying around.
Reception could possibly take an English course to accommodate non-Chinese speakers, but the language translator came in handy.
Breakfast was mainly Chinese like. But good variety, shouldn’t go hungry.

SSummermo週末來千島湖自駕環湖，以千島湖鎮為起點，這家酒店的位置絕佳，處於鎮中心位置，酒店建築外環很氣派，正對這漂亮的湖景。湖光山色盡收眼底。附近好吃的好喝的很齊全方便，去騎龍巷也比較近。
首日歡迎水果:是意外之喜，出門在外有洗乾淨的黑布林，酥梨和蘋果吃很解乏，水果也很新鮮美味
設施：整體是老牌酒店的風格，設施很齊備
衞生：很乾凈，這個是最重要的，外出旅遊就是圖個睡得乾淨舒服
環境：房間入住時是很適宜的温度和濕度，一整面玻璃窗面朝湖光，心曠神怡
服務：很貼心周到，早餐後還參加了個養生互動贏得了一個小禮品，由於我在網上把大床房訂成了雙床房，前台小姐姐很貼心幫忙重新安排了大床房還做了免費的房型升級，非常感謝小婭管家

This hotel 🏨 is GORGEOUS. Absolutely beautiful. I couldn’t decide which photos to use for my photoshoot because there are so many great pictures. The hotel is perfect for instagram or social media.
The service 👨✈️ was amazing. The staff are very friendly and accommodating to all our needs. The manager went above and beyond to make sure we were happy.
The food 🍱 was delicious! There are many different choices and set options. We especially loved the fried pork.
Negatives: 😕
Location 📍you can’t hike or explore anywhere around this hotel. You are essentially stuck to this property. All activities are at least 30min-2 hour drive away.
Room design 🛏️ I included this in the photos, the bed is on a wooden stand with sharp edges and it’s very easily to run into it and forget it’s there. My bf and I both hit our shins pretty hard on it, it was painful.
Drinks🥂 it was my birthday and I wanted to enjoy some cocktails or champagne with this view, but you are limited to beer 🍺 only. Just bottled Budweiser and Tsingtao.
Overall, I’d stay again if I wanted to relax in peace for the weekend. Bring your own alcohol.

Location is comfortable. There are plenty of restaurants and shops around. There is even a nucleic acid testing place nearby which is important these days when you travel. All the tourist attractions are also easily available by didi ride (about 10-15 minutes).
Hotel service is polite and always there for you to help you. In the lobby you can find a nice travel agent who will suggest you the daily trips and activities.
The room and the rest of the spaces are clean. I would suggest though to check the pipes in the toilet because there was this characteristic bad smell. A little minus for the room amenities is the lack of a fridge.
Hotel has a free laundry which is a life saver when you do a lot of water sports every day.
We really like sport so we were happy with the swimming pool and the table tennis place.
Swimming pool is big and comfortable but there was this loud megaphone during the day which made it hard to relax. Other guests could hear it as well from their rooms.
