"How did this hotel even get a 5-star rating?! Did Ctrip even check it? The rating is only 4.8, is it fake? Aside from the restaurant service being relatively friendly (of course, I paid for the meal), everything else is at best a poor 3-star hotel. I initially thought it was just a bit out of the way, and everything else would be fine! Now it seems that apart from the restaurant service, it's completely useless! First of all, the facilities are extremely basic. The bed is just a broken wooden bed, and many pieces of furniture have peeling paint! The wardrobe is unusable; it's filled with random scraps of wood and has obvious water stains. There's a pungent smell as soon as you open the door. The bedding is very rough; I thought there weren't any sheets. The TV is smaller than my computer monitor, and the hot water comes from an old electric water heater; the water gets cold after only 5 minutes of showering! The location is remote; it's impossible to get a taxi to the station. The door handles are rusty, and you need a key to lock the door, which is extremely difficult to open. The door jams quite low, and it takes a lot of effort to open each time. I stayed for two days, and the room wasn't cleaned at all; it was exactly as it was when I left. They didn't clean the bed or replenish amenities. Furthermore, when I booked a travel service at the front desk, they told me to wait while they sent someone to help me. I waited in the restaurant, even tearfully saying I'd wait there, and they still said okay! I waited for over an hour and when I asked how long it would take, they told me it would be three hours later. I was speechless. It's terrible! Absolutely terrible! I always trusted Ctrip's five-star rating system! I thought a 5-star rating plus a 4.8 rating meant everything was fine! This time I've been completely ripped off! It's practically a scam!"

"Nuestra visita a este complejo con una familia de 11 personas valió la pena. El hotel en sí está en una muy buena ubicación dependiendo de la azotea que da a la vista al mar y a la piscina. Me dijeron que si tienes suerte, a veces puedes ver el rinoceronte. El hotel en sí necesita una limpieza detallada ya que la barandilla y los vasos están muy sucios y polvorientos. El personal me pareció muy educado y servicial. El desayuno, el almuerzo y la cena estaban incluidos en el paquete, pero al desayuno le faltan algunos productos y parece que se centra principalmente en los clientes indios. Como vivimos en Europa, esperamos un poco más de productos en el desayuno. Lo mismo para el almuerzo y la cena, pero el segundo día se adaptaron a nuestro paladar. Las habitaciones son bonitas y grandes, pero nuevamente se debe realizar una limpieza detallada ya que había mucho polvo por todas partes. Desde el balcón del segundo piso se puede ver el polvo cubierto por ambos lados de la madera y de la propia barandilla. Concéntrate en la limpieza para complacer a otros huéspedes, por favor. Definitivamente lo visitaremos nuevamente si volvemos a Saurah. Según la cultura europea les damos buenas propinas y esperamos que estén contentos."
