"Convenience"

"1. The driver was very helpful. Pick-up and drop-off are at the East Exit of Kayano Station. Advance booking is required. The journey from Kayano Station is about 30 minutes. 2. The hotel consists of two or three buildings built along a waterfall. The lobby is very beautiful. 3. The open-air hot spring is nice, and there are private baths available. Each room can reserve one free 30-minute session. On the day of the visit, there was a board in the lobby where snow was being laid directly on the floor. 4. The food mainly features wild vegetables from the mountains of Nagano. The Shinshu beef and Tateshina curry were excellent. There was no sashimi or similar dishes. The appetizers were more Western-style. 5. This year is the hotel's 100th anniversary, and they gave us a beautiful notebook as a gift. 6. The hotel has a rich collection of books, but unfortunately, it's a bit of a shame that guests who don't understand Japanese can't read them. 7. There is a hiking trail in the back mountains."

"Llegamos el 28 de enero y nos alojamos tres noches, reservando tres habitaciones, dos de las cuales incluían desayuno. Otro ejemplo típico es que una noche olvidé la llave de mi habitación y fui a recepción a pedir una nueva, diciendo que la devolvería en cuanto encontrara la original. Sin embargo, el recepcionista, de edad avanzada, se negó a dármela, insistiendo en subir con nosotros y esperar a que encontráramos la tarjeta en la habitación para devolvérsela. Incluso mostró impaciencia, diciendo que estaba ocupado y que no quería que lo molestaran. En general, las instalaciones del hotel son buenas, pero el servicio de recepción es pésimo. Si prioriza la experiencia del servicio, le recomiendo que lo piense bien antes de reservar."
