The free breakfast is not a full buffet but a choice of egg and then usually fried potato and beefburger patty or slices of sausage. the rest was tiny yoghurt and bread for toast, or make your own waffles. there is tea coffee and hot chocolate. There was cereal and porridge but sometimes it is made so thin that its not worth eating. There is no tea in the room, just coffee. The machine had a disposable tray but they ran out so I used the same one for 9 days for tea and coffee (i got teabags from the breakfast room). Housekeeping never supplied what you asked for first time, or even second. If you want something and ask at 2pm, you will get it if you chase a couple of times afterwards by 9-10pm. There was also alot of messing about with respect to check out time. I am a member of the loyalty programme which is meant to give you an automatic late checkout. The manager gave it to me but then when I went back to ask about extending it further for a fee, it was clear the other guy behind the counter was on a power trip and the day before started saying I shouldnt have got it and as it was the manager, he wouldnt withdraw it but he could and I should only get an hour and be charged $25/hr after that etc. He was just a mean spiteful man who saw an opportunity to cause worry and distress and he did it. I had luggage to store and it was a late flight so I had to know whether to pack to store it to check out at midday, or 1 or 2 or 3 or 4 (they were messing me about with all times) but this is why I gave a 1 star for service. It is not at all professional but childish and spiteful. I had arranged the extended checkout days before and the day before they were messing me about when I had to pack and had a schedule of things to do? The worst service in any hotel I have ever been in. Hilton is no longer a 5 star experience it seems. 1 star for service.

La ubicación es excelente, cerca de CVS y un centro comercial, y a poca distancia a pie de la Magnificent Mile y Millennium Park. Las instalaciones son algo antiguas, especialmente la alfombra, que se veía muy sucia. El servicio de limpieza toca la puerta todas las mañanas a las 8 am 😮💨, pero cuando regresé al hotel por la noche, la habitación no estaba limpia. Noté que el agua embotellada estaba marcada a $3 la botella, gratis para los miembros, así que no la bebí. Sin embargo, después de hacer el check-out, me cobraron $6 en mi tarjeta de crédito por el agua. No era mucho dinero, pero me molestó. Por suerte, el servicio al cliente de Ctrip fue útil; después de negociar, el hotel accedió a reembolsarme el dinero, pero aún no lo he recibido.

Chicago fue la última parada antes de regresar a China. Cuando regresé a China al día siguiente, elegí el Holiday Inn en el que me había alojado cuando entré al país. Debido al servicio de transporte las 24 horas, era muy conveniente llegar. y fuera del aeropuerto. El desayuno del hotel es rico entre los hoteles americanos. La habitación está equipada con una máquina de café, un mini refrigerador y un microondas. Hay un 7-11 a poca distancia del hotel, por lo que puede comprar comida rápida para calentarla fácilmente. Cuesta unos 30$ coger un Uber desde el hotel hasta el centro. Si tienes tiempo, te recomiendo ir a Willis Tower. Si te presentas durante el día, también puedes probar la línea azul del metro para ir a la ciudad. El hotel está situado en la estación Cumberland, ¡a 10 minutos a pie!

Reservamos una habitación que, lamentablemente, era para las fechas equivocadas a través de un tercero. El tercero nos dijo que nos reembolsarían el dinero, pero que el hotel tenía que liberar nuestra reserva. Los llamamos inmediatamente después de darnos cuenta de que las fechas eran incorrectas, lo que ocurrió en menos de una hora. La reserva era para dos días a partir de ese momento. El hotel dijo que no la cancelaría. Nos cobraron casi $600 por una habitación en la que no nos alojamos y llamaron con anticipación para explicar nuestra situación. Tampoco nos permitieron cambiar los días a los días que realmente estábamos buscando. Si bien el hotel es encantador y el personal fue agradable incluso al darnos la mala noticia, no buscaré reservar con ellos nuevamente.

酒店位置非常好，就在芝加哥唐人街的路口，兩邊都是唐人街，周圍中餐館，中國人的便利店都是，樓下就是星巴克，還環繞了好幾家銀行，離地鐵（紅線）站點衹有一個路口，願意走路🚶去市中心逛逛也很方便，酒店前台早晚班一直都有一位華人客服，每層樓都有公用冷熱飲用水，非常值得推薦。

Fuimos a una exposición en marzo y la relación calidad-precio fue excelente. Además, ofrecían un autobús de enlace gratuito a la feria. Está muy cerca de la Magnificent Mile, el mejor lugar para ir de compras 🛍️, y también puedes visitar el Starbucks más grande, justo al lado de la tienda de Harry Potter. También está muy cerca del Chicago 360... Coincidió con el Día de San Patricio y pudimos disfrutar del animado ambiente... La ubicación es fantástica... También hay un restaurante chino no muy lejos, perfecto para el paladar chino... Y una famosa pizzería de deep dish cerca...

La habitación estaba impecable y era espaciosa. Las señoras de la limpieza fueron muy amables. Las chicas de recepción fueron muy simpáticas, aunque algunos chicos no tanto. Si quieres cocinar en la habitación, puedes pedir ollas y sartenes, pero estaban muy usadas y rayadas. El desayuno gratuito es aceptable. El gimnasio está muy bien y cuenta con una bicicleta Peloton. En general, creo que es una buena opción para estancias largas.

A excepción de la muy buena ubicación, todo lo demás es normal, especialmente el pago extra a la llegada al hotel, que no es el importe escrito por Ctrip, sino este importe más impuestos y un cargo por servicio del 16%. No hay servicio durante su estancia. El servicio de limpieza de la habitación solo está disponible si la estancia es superior a 4 noches. Aunque puedes solicitar cambios de toallas, cuando regresas después de un día de diversión, el servicio de habitaciones ya no está disponible y debes ir a la recepción para obtener toallas nuevas. Cuando salí de casa por la mañana, vi basura tirada en el pasillo. Cuando volví por la tarde, todavía estaba en el pasillo.

However, upon arrival with my partner, I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel was clean and well-decorated, with a modern and cohesive style. Our check-in process was fast and efficient, and the receptionist was friendly and happy to answer all of our questions—especially about the fees mentioned on the hotel’s website. One of the main issues people seem to bring up is the so-called “hidden” fees. In my experience, these fees are not actually hidden—they’re listed on the hotel’s official website. That said, they could definitely be communicated more clearly. It’s important to read the fine print when booking and during check-in. While the fees may not be obvious at first glance, the hotel is legally allowed to include them since they are technically disclosed. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with enough space to hang clothes. There were multiple hangers, and the locker-style closets matched the hotel’s sporty decor. The floor and bathroom were clean overall, though I did spot a spider in the corner of the shower—but nothing alarming. The downstairs common area includes an open kitchen with a communal fridge and even a crockpot, which was a nice surprise. There were also several games available, like ping pong and air hockey, which makes this place family- and couple-friendly. Guests are allowed to enjoy drinks provided in the kitchen. If you’re sensitive to noise, particularly trains, I recommend requesting a room farther down the hall on the first floor. Our room was in a quiet spot—I barely noticed the train, and when I did, it was more like soft white noise. Still, bringing earplugs might help if you’re a light sleeper. Overall, I recommend this hotel. It’s in a nice area, the decor is visually appealing, and the stay was enjoyable. Just be aware of a $120 refundable deposit (if no damage is done to the room) and an additional $50 guest fee. Knowing that ahead of time helps avoid surprises. I’m very grateful for the pleasant stay and would return again.
