Hoteles cerca de Ruby Falls, Chattanooga

Very clean.   My only complaints  -  There was some loud banging around 5 am, couldn’t figure out where that came from and the garbage truck ran at 4:15am all around the property at other businesses so you could hear dumpsters slamming down for about 30 minutes

Reserved a “RiverView” room that overlooked the parking lot. And in their defense, the river was viewable-ish beyond that, but not what I would have paid extra for. And only more viewable if sitting up on one side of the bed. Overall a strange layout.  Called the front desk and was told no other options were available and that it was classified as “riverview” because it was on the 5th floor.  However, we did enjoy the restaurant and patio space with firepit.

La cama no estaba limpia. Había cabello y caídas de comida en las hojas! El consejero del frente era muy agradable y nos trajo algunas hojas. Ella dijo que era la única en el hotel, por lo que no podía enviar a nadie para cambiar las hojas para nosotros, así que tuvimos que cambiar nuestra cama. A las 10:00, después de ir a la cama, empezamos a oír a alguien correr y saltar en la habitación de arriba. El bufete de la oficina dijo que se ocuparía de ella y después de unos minutos el ruido se detuvo.

Very clean room, quiet. Initial greeting very nice (Manager). Restaurant is really just open bar concept. Bartender couldn't care less about friendliness or service. Wasn't speaking to any of us seated at the bar. No name tag. No greeting, or true service. Ordered wings for dinner. Arrived on plain plate, cold, side container of dipping sauce. Not impressed. No offer of ”anything else?” etc. Turned TV's onto sports but no volume. As if anyone is into leg volleyball? Indoor pool is UNHEATED, slick flooring as is the pool deck. Could not enjoy it at all. Pool needs to be declared UNHEATED! Had to interrupt desk clerk at checkout (she was texting on her phone). No questions as to how was stay, etc. Very disappointed, needless to say. Will not be staying there again..

La habitación estaba en una cama real, pero la habitación tenía una cama real. El marco de la cama golpea la espalda de las piernas cuando entramos o salen de la cama. Este es el 5o hotel Tru que hemos estado en & esta ubicación no mede lo que hemos venido a esperar de una propiedad Hilton

El hotel está situado en una ubicación maravillosa. Estaba a pie a muchos restaurantes, el acuario y el río. El personal delantero que nos encontramos siempre fue amable y útil. La habitación es muy agradable, pero no es muy agradable. La habitación está bien, y la habitación está bien. La zona de piscina era agradable para los niños.

Would have given them 5 happy faces for the swimming pool BUT it was only open from 9 a.m. til 10 p.m. We didn't get to swim because of the time limitations. 👎 I was so disappointed 😞 But and on a different subject, and more importantly, i suppose, is the bed was so very comfortable. We had a good night's sleep. Which is what is the main thing one looks for in a place to sleep. So thumbs up for the mattress!👍👍👍👍👍 Everything was clean and well maintained. We were pleasantly surprised by the charming woodsy view from our room window! 😊👍 We loved the shower walls. So much so we may decorate our home shower with it.💖😉

El hotel es más viejo, especialmente en el suelo, y se siente humeante y no se siente limpio. Pero está en una buena ubicación, el estacionamiento es grande, la habitación es grande, el servicio es bueno, el desayuno es bueno, porque me conozco, vivo en esta casa muchas veces. Una vez vivimos en un hotel de Wanhoo al lado. Aunque es un lujo, la habitación es pequeña, la medianoche también reportó dos alarmas de fuego, el precio es demasiado bajo y la experiencia es demasiado mala. Así que habitamos a menudo en esta casa.

I thought the front desk staff was really nice and helpful. The check in and out was super quick and easy. The breakfast was minimal, but good. They have a waffle maker, some cereal, yogurt, toast, coffee and juice. We were happy with it! And we swam in the pool which was small, but nice! It was a good location- about 10 minutes from downtown and easy to get on and off the highway from. I will say the hotel is a little run-down looking, especially our carpet in our room, but it was ok! The TV worked and had enough channels and the beds were comfortable. For the price, it was worth it, I'd say!

I was there for only one night, and the housekeeping staff started banging on my door early in the morning, waking me up to ask if I wanted my room cleaned. I was very annoyed, because I needed as much sleep as possible for my long road trip. Why on earth would anyone think I needed my room cleaned for a one-night stay? It felt like they were checking to make sure I did not oversleep or accidentally overstay, which was completely unnecessary and extremely frustrating.
