Desde el valet que nos asistió inmediatamente después de la llegada y explicando el proceso de ingreso y de ser ofrecido una actualización que acordamos, este hotel simplemente comprobó todas las cajas para nosotros! ¡Tras el check-in, pasamos un tiempo en el bar y tomamos unas pocas bebidas donde Amelia (nuestra barmana) era sorprendente!! Nos quedamos una noche debido a nuestros horarios de trabajo, pero volveremos!! La única decepción fue que en el sitio web cuando reservamos dijo que la piscina se reabriría el 7 de marzo, el día que estabamos check-in y cuando llegamos nos dijeron que esta acomodación no sería disponible para nosotros. "I am convinced this place is going to be the center of the Southside neighborhood of Chattanooga. Caption by Hyatt is the newest hotel in the area and the coolest hotel in Chattanooga! This is the hottest place in town! Caption has everything you need for breakfast lunch and dinner from what I'm seeing let alone an amazing place to stay! The restaurant Nomia Modern Kitchen was not on this quick stop but I REALLY want to try this place! I did peek at the menu and it looks incredible! Also the HOTTEST rooftop bar in all of Chattanooga is on the top floor, and the view and vibe is incredible! Let's talk coffee! We came here for the coffee!! This place is beautiful and there are plenty of nice areas to sit and sip. And Em is the nicest barista! I am not a flavored or iced coffee drinker. Just black please. Today I simply asked Em to make something up and experiment, "Can make me something special" I asked. What she created blew my mind and made me a flavored coffee BELIEVER! Don't ask me all of the ingredients, but it involved lavender and cold foam with toasted coconut on top. I've never had lavender so when she mentioned It, I fully expected to be weirded out. This was the most delicious creation I have ever tasted!! I'm still talking about it! This coffee shop is basically in the lobby of a hotel but you need to seek this place out!! I will put this experience up against any place out there! Super creative barista, chic and trendy vibe! Take your coffee up to one of the best views in Chattanooga up on that amazing rooftop! GET HERE for Em's great coffee magic!!"
