Pasó otra noche, después de retirarse, descubrió que la reserva para ayudar a los colegas se habían abonado un día más. Todos los gastos de habitación se habían pagado en el original de Trip.com. Después de comunicarse con Trip.com, me ayudé a resolver el problema de más pago, muchas gracias por Trip.com.

***Don’t book here for important events!!*** I came to this hotel for a wedding on Saturday June 1st. The wedding hosts had reserved a set amount of rooms with a discount rate when I booked a king room on April 10th. I had called on Friday May 31st to see if I could check in early, and I was instructed not quite and to try again the next day when I arrive from my flight and they might have a room ready when I arrive. I arrived at 11ish, I call and was told they updated my reservation but no room ready yet. I get there at 12 and I check again, no room ready yet. They said most likely a room won’t be available until normal check in time at 4pm. All this I could understand bc I was requesting to check in early. At 4pm, I tried to check in and was told that they oversold rooms and they did not have a room for me and had no idea when they would have a room. The wedding was at 6pm and I needed to leave at 5pm to make it on time. Crazy!! I was offered the transfer room in the lobby to change and get ready for the wedding but it was still extremely uncomfortable and I was even late for the wedding because someone else was using the room before me!! Fast forward to after the wedding, I get back to the hotel by around 11:30pm. Still no room!!! I was told the assistant manager was cleaning the room as all the housing staff had left for the day. There was even another gentleman in front of me who said he was waiting for 2 hrs for his room and also was told the assistant gm was cleaning his room too. He also told me the hotel overbooked by 11 rooms(which I can’t verify but I certainly believe). I proceed to wait another hour(!!) for my room to be cleaner. At this point it’s around 12:30AM, I’m extremely tired and cranky. Michelle the AGM comes down and informs me my room is ready, which the only positive thing about this horribleeeee experience was Michelle as I could tell she was frazzled with the mess that was left for her and from cleaning rooms, but she was still nice and understanding when I talked to her. And I guess the king bedrooms were all out as I was given a room with two queens just for myself. I definitely will not be staying at this hotel in Charlotte again, nor will I want to stay at any other Hilton Canopy since this seems to be an issue with the reservation system more than anything. Stay away if you have an important event planned for your stay!!

Soy un fan de Hilton y un miembro de diamantes, vivo en Charlotte y he utilizado esta ubicación varias veces para cosas personales y lo recomendé a la familia. No más. Me encontré el viernes por la noche con mi hija y el lobby se reequipó de marihuana. No sólo un poco, el olor era abundante y perverso. Fue como si se hubieran fumado múltiples articulaciones. Estamos en el tercer piso y fue aún más fuerte. Fuma salía debajo de unas pocas puertas y el olor estaba sobre el abrazo. Contacto con la gran abundancia. Lo hicimos en nuestra habitación, había reservado una suite de dos dormitorios, y sólo encontré una sala de canciones. Así que fuimos al escritorio y la mujer muy cooperativa en el escritorio nos dio una segunda habitación. Pero no fue lo que había reservado. No se ofreció ninguna explicación. Así que mi hija que está en RECUPERACIÓN SUBSTANCIA y para caminar por el lobby infestado de hierba y volver al humo de tercer piso. No parecía preocuparse por el elefante en el hotel, el olor a la gran pote. La habitación de la habitación era muy buena, pero la habitación estaba muy bien, y la habitación estaba muy bien, y la habitación estaba muy bien. La situación de la herida no me ha permitido que me limpiara para asistir a la boda de mis otras hijas. No quiero puntos, no quiero un montón de promesas. ¿Cómo en la tierra puede la gestión permitir que tantos potes se fumen y afectar a todas las personas que se han ido a través del hotel?

There must’ve been some reason I chose this hotel after reading all kinds of reviews, and it must’ve been the price because it needs to be refurbished! The chair and ottoman should be given away for free because of all the rips ! If they took that out, the room would be better. The toilet is partway under the bathroom ledge for the sink. So that is very strange! Our TV remote was not functional at all, and our safe was in operable! I had to take all my jewelry and cash with me every time we left the room! On the upside, The cookie was great and the staff was super kind! There’s not a real easy way to get your luggage from your car to the room unless you park by the main entrance and unload. We had asked the clerk to fix the two issues while we were gone all day. When we got home at 4:30, nothing had been done . This hotel does not measure up to the hotel chain I have stayed at in the past! I really did appreciate the peloton in the gym! Paper napkins instead of towels were provided though. I did have a great night sleep, and I really liked the bedding! Pillows were nice and fluffy and there were four on my double beds just for me! Hubby slept great to in the next bed.

El hotel es un hotel de tamaño decente con unos 20 pisos. El edificio y el estacionamiento están compartidos con un banco y los restaurantes del hotel. La vista de mi habitación era fría. La ubicación es buena en la zona central de Charlotte. Recomiendo este hotel.
