El servicio fue asombroso. Me guardaron el pastel frío en el refrigerador, me llevaron todo arriba mientras estacionaba e incluso encontraron un artículo que dejé cuando volamos a las 4 am del día siguiente. Se quedaron con el artículo hasta que mi madre vino a buscarlo y estaba tan feliz de lo honesto que es el personal. Estoy tan complacido con todos, ¡¡son increíbles aquí !!

Este es un hermoso hotel. El hotel era limpio y invitado. El personal era muy amable y bienvenido. Una vez que entramos al hotel, estaban listos para nosotros. Nuestra habitación era muy agradable y espacial. Me encantó el disfraz largo, que era grande para el salón. La vista era buena. El baño era muy limpio y cómodo. La televisión no era lo suficientemente alta, pero era la única baja.

The Hyatt Place is fantastic. The hotel is a 5 min drive to UNC Charlotte, which was perfect for our college tour. In addition, the University area is filled with a variety if stores and great restaurants. Some restaurants are even less than a 5 min walk away. Concord Mills is a 10 min drive away. It's also very easy to access the hotel, as it is right on the I-85 off ramp. The hotel itself has very friendly staff and an excellent breakfast selection (hot foods, yogurt bar, breads, cereals/oats, and fresh fruit). Our suite was spacious, incl 2 double beds and a double sofa bed to accommodate an adult and 3 teens very comfortably.

By far the best hotel room I have ever stayed in and I travel 12+ weeks a year so I spend a lot of time in hotels! I had a 7th Floor Suite and it was simply amazing with everything I wanted and needed. CLEAN, COMFORTABLE, GREAT STAFF, CONVIENENT LOCATION, AFFORDABLE I could go on and on. Just check them out, you will not be disappointed.

This was our first time staying at this location. The room was clean but there were a few stains on the carpet. The hotel itself seemed like it was a little beat up. The kids used the pool a lot and it was fine but we did find a hair extension and a large dead bug in it. The breakfast was pretty good and the staff was friendly. We really enjoyed the outdoor areas and sitting by the firepit at night. If I come back to the area I'd likely stay here again despite the issues.

Upon arrival, you are greeted by the Valet. They are very friendly. The hotel was clean. The problems: It lacked an elegant/inviting smell that fresh flowers/plants bring or even a spray, anything to take away the stale city air smell. The checkin process took longer than I thought it should. We were assigned a room that smelled moldy/”weed”, shower did not work well. We switched rooms to a new room the next morning. The new room had a few issues: the toilet would not flush properly, all the drains were slow to drain. Maintenance did come to fix 2 of the problems, the 3rd was going to need more time which I felt could be done after we left. The billing system needs to be updated; we preordered hotel credit and parking but when we got the bill it was incorrect. I had to talk to the front desk to get it fixed. He was nice about it- but it was my vacation time wasted as I had already spent time doing it. Seeing your bill online and checking the emails is inconvenient. Why not be able to access it on the TV. The hotel was quick to respond on towel request and bringing food orders. The pool is refreshing! (not heated) it was a great way to cool down. The pool area is nice with games, clean, and plenty of towels. The work out facility looked great! The location is good for restaurants. The breakfast spots are delicious. One sidewalk around the hotel is flithy, smelly and have many people milling about. It did not feel safe to walk alone. The city itself has trash everywhere.

Clean and comfortable. Since ownership changed they now charge for parking and breakfast. The breakfast selection is typical. Staff is pleasant. Convenient location to airport. I was able to get an early check in due to early arrival. Carpeting could use an upgrade.

UUsuario invitadoThe hotel was nice, and quiet, didn't hear doors slamming throughout the night like most hotels. Was told it was only 4 blocks from the convention center. Was actually like 10 blocks. Parking was a little over priced at $45. The valet never sent call links and it took 25-30 min to get our truck sometimes then they expected a tip as those links didn't seem to have any trouble getting through to my phone. Parking/valet would prob be my least favorite about the hotel. Breakfast was spot on! The staff were incredible in the breakfast area. Especially one lady I wish I had her name. My sone was getting over a chest cold and she made him a Honey Lemon Tea.

Me encantan las habitaciones de este hotel. Su amplitud , limpieza y comodidad me hacen siempre elegir sin pensarlo y si puedo Home2 Suites en cualquier destino que visite. Eramos 3 companeras de trabajo y la distribucion de sus habitaciones hacen que todo sea facil.

On oct 11 we booked the presidential Suite for $1500.00 we drove 6 half hours with a 3 year old .as soon as we got in hotel room the light switch didn't work had to use my phone flash light to find a light in room.that would work . As soon as you turn on the light for the hotel room the room wasn't even cleaned and had hair all over the bathroom and beds and even floors also blood on the bathroom floor and the funiture was falling apart and had multiple stains and even white stains . You couldn't even take a shower the fixtures were falling off the shower wall. The room smelled like mold and cigarettes . We went to the front desk to be told they don't check the rooms and barely go into the presidential Suites. We got called a lier so we showed the pictures to the front desk we were told by the front desk they would give us a full refund . We got no sleep . They refused us a clean room or to make accommodation to another hilton . On top of that next morning we spoke to the overnight manger who didn't care said I'll give you $150.00 off your stay and 10,000 points because he can't do anything else as I have a open hilton case against the hotel for my stay . Still have not received a call from.the general manger or regional manger at this hotel or a full refund . I'm back and forth with hilton honors this is unacceptable as a previous diamond member and long time hilton honors member to be treated as poorly by the hotel and by hilton . I requested a full refund due to the filthy room and neglect and health and safety of my family .

As I have said in previous reviews, my frugal husband has a strange loyalty to Red Roof Inns, and they are often clean and comfortable and most importantly, dog friendly. This one was neither clean nor comfortable and despite the name, it is also not in the University area. It is in a sketchy industrial area amidst a bunch of trucking companies. When we checked in, I went to use the restroom and noticed that the floor looked dirty. I wiped the floor with a damp washcloth and it not only came away brown, but also wiped up actual chunks of dirt. I mentioned this to the gentleman on duty (it was evening), who was very apologetic, and said that the cleaning people were gone for the day but would definitely make sure it was clean in the morning. Long story short, that did not happen, and the floor remained disgusting. Please see my photos which show the dirty floor, the nasty old shower seat, the light switch and refrigerator which have clearly not been cleaned in a very long time, much less sanitized. The hallway had a stronger smell of **** than my son’s high school car, and in the evenings it would seep into our room. The TV is very small and very old. The deadbolt in our room did not work at all. The air conditioning system was approximately as loud as a jet engine, but it did block any noise from the hall. I am a wheelchair user and booked an accessible room, so I will describe the accessibility features in case anyone makes the ill-advised choice to book here. The “accessible“ entrance is up a small ramp which ends directly at the door which has to be opened outward. A wheelchair user must be able to simultaneously avoid rolling backwards down the hill while pulling the heavy door open. Inside that door is a key card access door to the lobby. There was plenty of space in the room itself to maneuver, and the floors are laminate. Beds are an appropriate height for manual wheelchair users. Lighting above the bed is impossible to reach without standing beside the bed or kneeling on the bed. The bathroom sink is a little high, but I was able to see in the mirror and to brush my teeth. There are rails behind and to the right of the toilet, but it is not possible to maneuver a wheelchair parallel to the toilet. There is a shower over the tub and a low built-in seat on the far end of the tub, BUT the bathroom door opens inward, and once my wheelchair was in the bathroom it was not possible to close the door so that I could get into the shower/tub. Seriously, give this one a pass.

JJahad BI have been to this hotel maybe 5 times. Twice since the new renovation. Every time I come Suhdeer the front desk manager has been amazing! The breakfast is great as well as housekeeping. Definitely will be returning!
