"Our booking experience was very nice with Ms Rupali who gave detailed information and was very co-operative. The resort location is quite good and close to the gates. Campus itself is very nice with plenty of bird activity due to water holes. A watch tower is an additional good experience from where one can see a lot of activity. The atmosphere is very guest friendly and quite homely. Mr Dhananjay and his staff was very very helpful right from the arrival and catered for all our smallest requirements. Rooms are nice large and well kept. Safari jeeps and taxis were prompt. Our resort provided a rotating and sumptuous breakfast with the safari jeep to be enjoyed in the forest, together with plenty of cold water. Please consider providing a thermos with tea or coffee for future. After returning a refreshing cool rolled napkin was handed which instantly put one in comfort. The housekeeping and kitchen staff was very attentive and the food was also delicious. Real value for money with modest tariffs. As suggested by Mr Dhananjay we are going to try and visit sometime during monsoons just for relaxing and watching nature. Our safaris were quite successful with plenty of mammal, birds and nature sightings. We returned home a happy lot. Thank you Tigers Heaven Resort."

"I am visiting tadoba after almost 4 years. I have come back to stay at the same forest property. I personally love it. Manager Mr Sharad tiwari and his staff were efficient set of crew ,who took care of our needs and left no stone unturned. Even when we arrived at 2pm in the morning Mr Sharad made sure we have a warm welcome and food was ready and served . It was well appreciated by us at that odd time 😊 Food was excellent. Service was prompt . Dipesh parihar and Manish Kumar were the front face. Extremely polite and professional. The above was monitored by Mr Sharad Tiwari ..(manager). Mr Sharad Tiwari has been personally involved in looking after the guests. Rooms were well maintained. Clean. Up keep of the place can still improve bit by bit. The property is surrounded by 6 safari gates at close proximity. Thank you mahua tola for wonderful experience."

Wagharanya Resort

"We booked Wagharanya Resort solely because we were specifically promised a Tadoba jungle safari by their Mumbai-based manager, Swati Madam, after paying an extra premium. The room tariff itself was almost double compared to the neighboring resorts, which we agreed to only because the safari was assured. We drove all the way from Nagpur and reached the resort by noon on 29th December 2025 (Monday). We were told that the safari confirmation would be done by 9 pm. Since the safari was scheduled for 5 am on 30th December (Tuesday), we wanted to sleep early. Shockingly, at 10 pm, we were finally informed that they cannot arrange the safari at all. So not only did we waste: Our time and travel from Nagpur Higher resort charges A full day waiting for confirmation …but the biggest surprise came later — there are NO core safaris on Tuesdays at Tadoba. This basic fact should have been known and clearly communicated before taking money and confirming bookings. Promising something that is structurally impossible shows complete lack of professionalism and transparency. Overall, very poor coordination, misleading commitments, and absolutely no accountability. Would strongly advise travelers to verify safari logistics independently and not rely on verbal assurances from the resort management."

"The hotel experience was average and below expectations. Despite booking an AC luxury villa, maintenance was poor, with mosquitoes, lizards, and ants raising serious hygiene concerns. It did not appear that proper pest control had been done recently. The check-in process was underwhelming, with no basic welcome gesture. The waiting area is non-AC and uncomfortable in the heat. Recreational options for children are limited. Indoor games like carrom and chess are available, but the room is poorly maintained and extremely hot. The swimming pool area lacked an attendant, had no nearby washroom, and the filtration system did not seem operational. While the staff were courteous and polite, overall maintenance, hygiene, and amenities need significant improvement."
