"Ideal location! Customized territory! The room has everything necessary! Careful staff, ready to help in any matter. The only minus - there is no 24-hour registration, left at night, had to open the entrance gate itself and also in the room smells of sludge. But the staff and his attitude just overlap all these little minus! Very kind, polite and really happy to see! I'm delighted!! I will definitely recommend this place! Also I want to mark the skills of the kitchen, the food is really delicious enough, ordered with pleasure and enjoyed staying! Thank you"

"It's a budget accomodation, so room is very small. I was actually shocked when we arrived. I was a bit confused of the lobby as there were street children playing billiard at the ground floor -- and so that was the lobby. The room is very small, the 4 walls fit the bed only. The aircon was very noisy, it's good we were transferred to another room when we asked. The food cooked however is very good, and the owner was very accomodating when I requested to extend the check-out time, and she charged me only for a few hours, not the full day rate."

"We returned to this hotel again from Gigantes Island and stayed for another 3 days. We were satisfied with everything, the only bad thing was that there were strong low tides in the sea. The staff is very responsive and attentive. There is shampoo, toothpaste, toilet paper and bottled water in the room, the breakfast is very filling and tasty."

"i will advise tourist to find atleast a 3 star with amenities. when i check out the girl said she is the manager and told me to cancel my booking here because i need to pay in cash, we were not allowed to checkout but the room is already closed. they hold us for hours while negotiations were going with the resort manager and Trip.com room price is doubled per night as to what is advertised here so i needed to pay more, in these kind of situation, you need to bring more cash, there is no ATM around the area Food -free 2 breakfast in a styro -it might be better if they have a water dispenser and free drinking water -there is a canteen on the side where you can buy pancit starting from ₱150 -1.5liters softdrinks in the side resto costs ₱110, Manila price is half of it -drinks has a charge, even food has a corkage fee for day stay Amenities -aircon only stays at 26 degrees, because they said they only use generators -there is a free small soap and 1 small sachet of shampoo for your whole stay, for all your family, better buy extra at Gaisano grocery for toiletries and water -toilet bowl doesn’t have water on the tank, so if you need to flush use the pail or dipper -swimming pool has a charge per head Transport -reception will offer a tricycle for transportation going to Bancal port, pricing is per head plus the tip, a bit higher, but for the comfort of door to door it is fine. Or You can opt to wait outside the Gate for buses passing at a regular fare and cheaper. Room -for my days of stay, i always wakeup at night, it is too hot, the power is always out for morethan 2hours. -all prices are high and over charged (i only compared to living in Makati at Prince Plaza, grocery and dining at Glorietta or Landmark)"
