El más grande dolor fue el alarma de fuego que salió en una mañana de invierno congelada a las 7:30. Esto es una ocurrencia regular y no corregida; aparentemente desactivada por un tipo fumando; 20 minutos de anuncios ******** antes de que descubrimos de otro viajero que era un falso alarma.  La gestión de la especie ovina se burló y se engañó todo. El baño en nuestra habitación era pequeño y se recogieron baños desde el escritorio delantero. 🙄 La habitación era muy buena, pero no era muy buena. El tipo que trabajaba en la sala de cenas aunque en el turno de desayuno era un poco de diamante. Después de un comentario “otra” debe haber notado que estaba impresionado con el alarma de fuego ********* y se fue de su camino. Un botella de burbuja de cumpleaños fue un toque clásico por él. Me quedaría otra vez por él.

clean room and comfy bed. there are only 2 floors and our room is next to a round about and noise during the day could be quite loud. the hotel decor is not so modern with a bath tub and only a shower screen covering half of it so after showers the bathroom floor is completely wet. breakfast was great and staff at the restaurant were patient and attentive to the needs of customers. hotel staff were helpful and service was good overall except that when we checked out the front desk lady was first reluctant to get staff to check my room but told me if anything is missing from the minibar it will be charged to our card and that we have signed an agreement. of course if we have consumed anything we are happy to pay but we would like the room checked when we are still in the hotel premises rather than being told a day later a dozen drinks have gone missing. I wonder why she did not understand my request. she wasn't rude but what she said could be offensive to some people.

El Hotel Hyatt está situado junto al lago Burley Griffin. Es fácil llegar en coche, pero parece que no hay mucho transporte público cerca. Alquilamos un coche para nuestro viaje a Canberra, así que la accesibilidad no fue un problema. El aparcamiento del hotel costaba 30 AUD en su aparcamiento subterráneo. Nos recomendaron aparcar en la calle. El aparcamiento es de pago durante el día a partir de las 8:30 h. El aparcamiento nocturno era gratuito. Los lugares de interés más populares de Canberra estaban a pocos minutos en coche del hotel. El restaurante Snapper & Co. estaba a 5 minutos en coche y sirve un excelente fish and chips. Desde el exterior del hotel se notaba que era antiguo. ¡Pero el interior era magnífico y bonito! ¡La habitación era espaciosa y limpia! ¡Me sorprendió ver artículos de aseo Le Labo! También incluían sales de baño. Tenía otras dos habitaciones en una reserva diferente y consiguieron asignarlas una al lado de la otra. ¡Sin duda, el mejor hotel en el que me he alojado!

Very clean, chic hotel with a popular restaurant and bar. It is conveniently located on Northbourne Avenue , Elouera St and Mort Street which is directly the line of Canberra's night clubs if you are coming on a weekend. There's only two sets of lifts for Hotel Clients which isn't a problem for an Asian ( moi) who is used to very crowded areas. But this can be a bit inconvenient for locals who are used to express service. Pool, gym, sauna. Major plus points. And the best part of all is the free bar fridge in the room. (Not sure if it was a promotion but my friend and I could drink all of what was offered for free!) We didnt because we are massive alcohol fans. The only major downside is the 25 dollar parking fee. No, no no. You can raise the price a bit higher for the quality of rooms but it's a bit offputting to have that as an additional fee. Overall, a pretty great experience from service to aminities.

The hotel is located to the north west of the city centre. Though it is a bit far from the city it is quite convenient, there’s a supermarket (woolies) nearby. Parking is difficult but they provide parking for extra fee per night with unlimited in and out. The hotel is clean, quiet, comfortable and sufficient for our travel purpose to attend an event nearby. I like the double beds (two separate beds) option but this type of room only comes with a disable-friendly bathroom. I wish their double beds are bigger in size and they have a regular bathroom option with a bathtub.

La habitación era limpia, cómoda y tranquila para relajarse después de un largo día de trabajo. El hotel dispone de una habitación con Wi-Fi, un parking fácil y una atmósfera muy relajada. The hotel is close to amenities (shopping centre etc) but has been slowly deteriorating in condition and service over recent years. More recent changes include charging car-parking fees and removal of the restaurant breakfast service. Not up to the standard of other Abode hotels..

The staff were friendly and helpful. Clean room, comfortable bed, wifi, aircon and as a bonus they have a buffet breakfast. Great location with on-site parking included and the German pub right next door for dinner within walking distance

For what we paid for a night it was worth it. Reception was friendly upon arrival There was no problem at all checking in It was short and quick at reception and key was handed to us. For short stay I will recommend this Ibis Budget at Canberra. Cheers
