"Honestly, don't waste your money and time at this property under the current management. There was very limited information on the procedure to gain access to the unit we rented. It was like an escape room challenge that we didn't need. Room was beat up, dirty and back door had no ability to lock. The remote controls for the gates didn't work well and we had to press them multiple times to get it to work. There was no explanation on how to use the lift as you need to use a key to get back to your car. I am grateful that a resident shared this information with us. People kept using our allocated carpark which left us uncertain on where to park. If you like mould, dust, filthy windows, greasy marks all over the kitchen and fridge, pet hair and a mattress protector that looks like a crime scene then this is your dream stay🤢"

"Airbnb a precios del hotel. Complexo de apartamento mezclado con residentes permanentes. A/C en los dormitorios sólo. No hay pantallas de insectos en ninguna de las puertas o ventanas. Internet se desplomó constantemente hasta que no funcionó en absoluto. Se llamó recepción & fue instruido para llamar a mi propio proveedor de servicios de internet y registrar un trabajo, el día de cita más temprano antes de que me fuera. La vista se obstaculizó con un gran y ruidoso equipo de terremoto que estaba reconstruyendo completamente el frente del océano de la pared roca directamente delante del hotel/airbnb. La casa de baño está muy bien equipada y la puerta de la nevera no se cerraría adecuadamente y se había fallado un lavavajillas."

"Nos quedamos en la suite 69 en el piso 12.. Estupendo vistas. Lo amo allí. El personal de limpieza era grande. El personal del escritorio del frente era muy útil. La ciudad es maravillosa. La suite no fue actualizada y tenía que ser. La cocina de la suite tuvo un fallo de aparato que le dio a mi esposa que rompe el pulso. El hospital fue grande. En la caja durante las últimas semanas de nuestra estadía. La gestión no nos hablará de ello. Esta era la única cosa mala. El resto es grande."

"This filthy homestay was passing off as a Holiday Inn, so we had an expectation of a certain standard. We arrived for our booking of 5 rooms at 2.47pm and were told to come back in an hour. That was unacceptable as we are a performing group on a schedule. Check in time is supposed to be 2pm. We had a look at the accomodation which disgusting and nothing like the photos. Garbage everywhere, overgrown garden with gnarly bush lemons literally rotting on the ground, flies and fruit flies buzzing around, and a fallen tree. Tiny rooms, some without a window, and a small shower room and a single small toilet. The second toilet is outside. The owner is a very rude woman, and a fraud. We did not stay as it is substandard accomodation and would contravene health regulations. The whole place needs bulldozing."
