Stayed here with my wife and son while visiting family and had a great experience. I was a bit hesitant at first since we usually stick with Marriott properties, but this place exceeded expectations and honestly felt better than many Marriott hotels we’ve stayed at. The hotel feels brand new, very clean, and well maintained. The laundry room was a huge plus for us, especially traveling with a child. Breakfast was convenient and tasty, so we didn’t even need to leave the building in the mornings. There’s also a convenience store right around the corner which made things even easier. What really stood out was the staff. The reception team was incredibly kind and helpful, especially when my son had an emotional moment. Despite the language barrier, check-in and check-out were smooth using an offline translation app. Would definitely stay here again.

Cada vez que viajamos, temo que no es bueno elegir un hotel, esta casa me satisface mucho! ¡Muy limpia, y la actitud de servicio es 👍🏻, hay también una zona más cómoda alrededor del hotel, hay mucho que hacer en el restaurante ese día y también limpia y saneada. Me acostumbra a ver un hotel en el que se hospeda, también hay lavandería, es grandioso. Hay personas que no saben preguntar a los servicios, contestar y ayudar en tiempo oportuno.

Mi estancia en Ruimeihua fue agradable y sin complicaciones. Las habitaciones eran amplias, limpias y contaban con una gran variedad de comodidades. El personal, desde recepción hasta cocina, limpieza y demás, siempre fue atento y servicial. El desayuno ofrecía diversas opciones. Lo recomiendo.

Es absolutamente un hotel de nivel tesoro. This stay truly exceeded all expectations. As foreigners visiting Citadines Baoding for the first time, the overall experience couldn’t have been better — it was absolutely top-notch 👍. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were greeted with a sense of warmth and genuine hospitality. The front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful and attentive. The hotel also provides a complimentary fruit platter, which was a very nice and thoughtful touch. The room is well equipped with a capsule coffee machine, and there is even a washing machine inside the room, making the stay especially convenient for families and longer visits. Another major highlight is the room layout. In addition to the bedroom, there is a separate small living area. This design is a big plus — my husband can watch TV or work in the living space without disturbing my rest, which greatly enhances comfort and privacy. Overall, whether it was the attention to detail at the front desk, the comfort and quality of the accommodation, or the excellent food and beverage service, this hotel truly delivered on all fronts. It’s absolutely an ideal choice for business or families traveling with children, and we would highly recommend Citadines to anyone visiting Baoding.

We had a great time at the Holiday Inn Baoding. We arrived late in the evening. You know it’s a great trip when you have so much fun you forget to take photos. Checkin was a smooth process, there was a market store were you can get gifts, Lana is, drinks. Toiletries and etc. We received a free car wash that we used when we checked-out. It’s located on the property. The hot springs is located in another building that was a quick walk. This place is adult and kid friendly. Although you are in the middle of nowhere the city is just a quick drive. We did a little shopping at the shoe store. The room was comfortable and spacious. It’s great for families, our 13yr old son loved it.

Folksy, warm, accommodating and helpful staff. They are genuinely nice people. Hotel is located close to the Baoding East train station. Very convenient for travelers. Their rates are very affordable. All in all, a very good stay for me.

La limpieza era impecable; el baño contaba con una ducha y un inodoro separados, sin olores, y las toallas eran suaves y gruesas. El personal de recepción no solo gestionó el check-in rápidamente, sino que también me recomendó restaurantes y rutas locales. Incluso respondieron al instante cuando les pedí prestado un cargador. Recibí un servicio excepcional durante todo el viaje, ¡y sin duda merece cinco estrellas!
