«Después de registrarme, me di cuenta de que este es un restaurante James Coffin que atiende principalmente a grupos de turistas. Hay al menos 5,6 autobuses abajo todas las noches, así que puedes imaginar lo ruidoso que son el vestíbulo, el restaurante y los pasillos.
En segundo lugar, en realidad hay una cierta distancia a pie desde los museos y otras atracciones del centro de la ciudad. La distancia real a pie es de unos 2 kilómetros.

«Nicely decorated with style, it felt like an oasis when we arrived under a scorching sun of 41C. Rooms are reasonably sized, clean and comfortable with air conditioning. We would suggest putting a bath mat outside the shower to prevent slipping down the steps, which happened to my son. He had a narrow escape.
For visitors who are looking for a hired car with driver, you may want to shop around. The recommended driver by the receptionist didn’t know his way to the desert (our destination) and took nearly 2.5hrs to drive back when usually it would take 1.5hrs.»

Tiene terapia de arena, piscina y un mercado nocturno cerca, ¡ideal para sacar fotos! En general, quedamos muy satisfechos. La distribución de la habitación era práctica y la limpieza impecable. «I had a wonderful stay at **吐鲁番火山红酒庄**! The hotel is beautiful, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff was really friendly and helpful, especially with us being foreigners – they made sure we felt at home.
One of the best parts was the **free winery tour**. While we didn’t get to see the winemaking process, we got to enjoy the **amazing artwork** around the winery. It was a great way to experience the local culture.

KKatKKGAfter we encountered a bad experience with a desert glamping resort in Dunhuang, we were a bit cautious with Dune when we booked it. However, after I communicated with the manager in Dune via WeChat, I was more confident as he was very polite and helpful. He helped us to booked a transfer from Turpan Airport to Dune resort. As our flight arrived Turpan in the evening, it was late when we arrived at Dune. The manager and another staff came to the entrance of the driveway to welcome us and helped us with our luggage. They took us straight to our tent, and they upgraded us to a bigger tent, too.
We woke up to this beautiful Kumtag Desert Sand dunes, right in front of our tent! It was so beautiful. As the off peak season started, we were the only guests there but the staff were serving us with delicious breakfast and dinner. The food was delicious and plentiful! The manager and staff were very attentive to our requests. One of the staff has helped us to arrange a local guide/driver to take us to the Kumtag desert for an exciting ATV ride and sand sliding. We had a great time. We ended up hiring the same guide, a pleasant and calm Uygur young guy to take us for some sightseeing and dropped us back to Turpan.
I would say to anyone who is looking for a real desert glamping, please come to Dune in Shahshan near Turpan instead of Dunhuang.

UUsuario invitadoTruly amazing hotel! We had a wonderfully bright room with a view of the sand dunes in front of us. Very tasteful and clean interior, with everything one could need. There is a laundry area (even with a drier) that can be used for free and the staff was very kind. We would love to stay there again one day!

ZzedtalibWhat a beautiful beautiful small hotel. Can imagine what it would have been like to stay during the full grapes season. The small vineyard in the hotel compound and the endless vineyards outside. In the morning, we walk thru the serene small neighbourhood, passed by the school. Too bad we didn’t have enough time to walk further. The staff at the reception, the night staff and the lady at the coffee place were so so so helpful. We were hungry and they went to buy a nang for us from a nearby shop. They even allowed us to sit at the small coffee shop eventho it is closed.
Breakfast was beautifully prepared by the nice lady at the kitchen. Language barrier did not prevent one to be kind. The food was tasty, perfect mix of food.

Originalmente planeé quedarme solo un día, pero el patio se siente tan bien, con un ambiente genial. El jefe siempre piensa en nosotros. Cuando nos fuimos, vio que nuestro coche estaba un poco sucio y se ofreció a lavarlo. Me conmovió mucho. Esta es mi primera reseña en Ctrip y cambió por completo mi percepción de las casas de familia. Si todas las casas de familia fueran así, ¿quién se alojaría en un hotel? Finalmente, le deseo al jefe un negocio próspero. Un jefe así debería hacerse rico.

UUsuario invitadoThe hotel is located in the Cultural and Arts center, which is a free entrance if you're a hotel guest. They have traditional Uyghur music and dance performances throughout the day. The room is nice enough, the WiFi is better than most places we've stayed in. Breakfast was basic, packed and delivered to our room because it's off peak season and the number of guests were low. Overall, it was good for a 1-2 night stay.

Hhwk57Me alojé aquí nuevamente en mi viaje de regreso desde Xinjiang. La ubicación es conveniente para el transporte y las compras, las habitaciones están bien equipadas, el restaurante del hotel tiene un buen ambiente, el precio no es caro y el sabor es delicioso. Pero el mostrador de servicio abrió demasiado tarde en la mañana, y nadie vino a cobrar ni a emitir multas de estacionamiento después de las 8:30.
