«The only reason I’m being negative about this hotel is the noise. The walls are not soundproof at all, and I could clearly hear noise from the next room. I reported it to reception, but nothing was done.
The air conditioning was also disappointing—it blew hot air even when set to cool, and there was no way to adjust it properly.
Aside from these issues, the surrounding area was nice and the overall cleanliness was good.»

EEducondadoI really enjoyed my stay at the hotel, I had issues in another city so I had to go back to Lanzhou and I made my reservation in the last minute for just one night and the staff were very, very helpful! This was the best hotel we've stayed so far in this trip to China, everything was very clean and new, spotless! The breakfast was very good as well and It is very close to the airport.
I want to point one specific staff member that was very helpful, and her name is Cassy, she understood how tired we were after all unexpected events during the course of this day, It was late in the night when we arrived and she always had solutions to help us, she even gave me some tips to what to do in Lanzhou and made updates and answered any doubt I had, she also secured a late check out so we could have more time do rest.,
Even when she seemed very busy she was able to make time to help us. .

No se habla inglés ni en la recepción ni en la cafetería del desayuno. La habitación estaba en el piso 26 con una vista magnífica hacia el sur. Habitación tranquila, pequeña y con poco espacio para colgar y sin caja de seguridad. El desayuno era chino y decepcionante. Bonita piscina cubierta climatizada, pero bastante llena de forasteros a los que se les permite nadar allí. Fantástico gimnasio con todo lo que puedas necesitar y todo para ti. Probablemente me quede aquí nuevamente por una noche si el precio era correcto. Como excursión de un día, fuimos a Bingling Si. Tome el metro hasta la estación QiLiHe en la línea 1. LLee YH65We had a very pleasant stay at Hilton Lanzhou City Centre. Many thanks to front office staff, Debbie who attended to us warmly and responsively. The hotel's location was good and the check-in was very fast. Our high-floor room was clean and comfortable, the best is, choice of pillows is granted. We thoroughly enjoyed the sunrise view of the city from our window. A point to note, the room window can only be unlocked by staff for cooler air flow as the central heating system is in operation for the current winter season. We also loved the fragrant of the toiletries. Buffet breakfast spread was tasty and varied. We spent a relaxing time enjoying our breakfast slowly.

WWoshiEatingEste es el hotel en el que se alojaron mis amigos y familiares cuando visitaron Lanzhou. Me lo recomendaron después de que les gustara. Para ser un hotel Wyndham, el precio ronda los 500 RMB, lo cual es bastante normal. El aumento de precio durante el concierto no fue muy significativo, pero es un poco excesivo para estudiantes o viajeros con presupuesto ajustado. 🥲 Está muy cerca de la estación de Lanzhou Oeste, a 20 minutos a pie. Ofrecen servicio de recogida y entrega en coche de empresa (aunque hay que compartir el viaje). 🙂↔️ La habitación era bastante grande, con un pasillo espacioso. El baño y la ducha estaban separados, y las comodidades básicas eran bastante buenas. Sin embargo, no estoy seguro de si la pasta y el cepillo de dientes eran útiles.
