There are also plenty of eating options nearby and a park behind the hotel which make the setting ideal. The room is fine without being luxurious and the breakfast is also perfectly adequate, Chinese style. There is a beautiful outdoor area adjacent to the breakfast lounge, perfect for children to play while parents relax in the sun. Service is friendly and I would heartily recommend this hotel.»

«Very good hotel located next to Kunshan exhibition center.Huge Lobby with modern look.Check in and check out was easy.Room was clean and spacious.Bathroom was very comfortable.Shower pressure was very good.My room number was 1222.Breakfast was very good with too many options.Dinner buffet at 158 yuan was a great plus.It was a superb buffet with varieties of food options.Hot pot, sea food, Chinese food,live counter for fish,prawns,steak etc,Western food and desserts.It was a great dinner.
The hotel campus is very spacious and mainly foreigners come when there is an expo at Kunshan.I was there for COFAIR 2025.
Overall my stay was very comfortable with good wifi.

LlschungDuring our recent stay at this wonderful hotel, we were exceptionally satisfied with every aspect of our experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by the hotel staff who came out to meet us at the scenic area entrance and assisted with our luggage. This level of service set the tone for our entire visit.
The hotel's décor is stunning, creating a serene and visually pleasing environment. Our room was spacious and beautifully appointed, providing a restful haven where we enjoyed a comfortable night's sleep. It truly is a fantastic place to relax and unwind.
One of the highlights of our stay was the delightful afternoon tea, particularly the grain snacks which were so delicious that we requested the hotel staff to help purchase and courier some to Shanghai for us to bring home. Their willingness to accommodate our request added a special touch to our experience.
Breakfast at the hotel was another standout. The porridge, in particular, was so delectable that the hotel kindly gave us a pack of the rice used to prepare it. This gesture was much appreciated and spoke volumes about their commitment to guest satisfaction.
Overall, our stay at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. We wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a comfortable and pleasant retreat. If we return to this area, we will undoubtedly choose to stay here again.

UUsuario invitado¡Estoy absolutamente enamorada de este hotel! En primer lugar, el hotel está ubicado dentro de un lugar pintoresco. Uno de los empleados me llamó con anticipación para acordar una hora para recogerme en la entrada del lugar pintoresco. Mi chino no es bueno, por lo que normalmente me resulta muy incómodo hablar por teléfono en chino, pero ella fue muy paciente conmigo, lo cual agradezco. No solo me acompañó hasta el hotel, sino que también llevó mi equipaje por mí.
La decoración del interior del hotel tiene una estética hermosa y rústica que combina con el ambiente de la ciudad antigua. Me gusta mucho la mesa y las sillas de mi habitación, con vista al estanque. ¡El estanque también tiene peces koi y tortugas! Fue un hermoso detalle que se sumó al ambiente general del hotel. Me encantaron estos pequeños detalles, como el hermoso juego de té chino tradicional (con una variedad de hojas de té sueltas complementarias) y las elegantes tazas de café.
Lamentablemente, llegué a Zhouzhuang durante un fuerte tifón que causó una fuga y un corte de energía en mi habitación, así que cuando avisé al personal, inmediatamente me dieron una nueva habitación. Incluso me ayudaron a empacar mis cosas para poder cambiar de habitación lo antes posible. La nueva habitación a la que fui era igual de hermosa.
El hotel no solo es hermoso, sino que también tiene excelentes comodidades. Las dos habitaciones en las que me hospedé tenían una bañera de piedra, ambas muy profundas, ¡podías flotar en ella! Si vienes aquí, te recomiendo que traigas un baño de burbujas como hice yo para relajarte al máximo. También hice un buen uso de la piscina. La piscina es un poco pequeña y un poco demasiado baja para un adulto, pero aún así puedes nadar agradablemente. Por último, el salón de té y los cafés también son un buen añadido al hotel. Mi segunda habitación no tenía mesa ni sillas como la original que reservé, así que fui al salón de té a desayunar. También es una habitación acogedora y cómoda para relajarse si tienes pereza.
Como he mencionado a lo largo de esta reseña, el servicio es insuperable. El personal no solo me ayudó a llegar al hotel, sino que después de hacer el check out también llevaron mi equipaje y me acompañaron hasta el taxi. Durante mi estancia me ofrecieron fruta fresca y café varias veces y, como ya he dicho antes, me ayudaron inmediatamente cuando tuve que cambiar de habitación. Siempre que tenía problemas para comunicarme en mandarín, el personal hacía todo lo posible por hablar en inglés o tenía paciencia con mis dudas o mi mala pronunciación en mandarín. Probablemente este sea el mejor servicio que he recibido en mis viajes.
En resumen, es un hotel hermoso, en una ubicación conveniente con excelentes instalaciones y un personal servicial y amable. No solo volveré (y con mi familia la próxima vez), sino que recomendaré a todos mis amigos y colegas que se alojen en este hotel si alguna vez planean visitar Zhouzhuang.

UUsuario invitadoI took the train from Shanghai to Kunshan. Need to take a taxi which is cheap to the hotel from the train station (about 12-15 minutes). The hotel room is very spacious, the toilet is very nice and clean with a heated toilet seat. The breakfast choices is alright. The hotel is about 5-10 min walk to a shop center. There is a convenience store (Family Mart) beside the hotel thus you can get snacks, coffee and drinks easily. Overall I had a good experience staying here, will definitely consider staying in Mercure Kunshan again if I were to have business here.

The staff are so incredibly helpful and kind. They helped me with didi rides and cabs several times a day. The hotel is new, modern, and the rooms large ! Internet speed is a bit slow. However , it's an excellent place to stay if you are visiting DKU or the city center which is a 10 minute taxi ride away.

UUsuario invitadoThe hotel has everything to have a great journey. It's clean, the room are spacious and beautiful. I had always get a warm welcome from the employees at the entrance. I stayed 2 weeks there.
The breakfast is great with many choices.
The gym has everything you need but some equipments are a bit old or in bad condition. It can be busy the evening.
Also there is a mall next, with many restaurants inside. And a massage center in front by crossing the street (foot massage must be tried during your stay)
Laundry service is really expensive (I paid around 80 USD for a small size machine)
