結果旁邊疑似店長的人立刻過來當眾指責前台，原話大概是：“四五十塊錢差價你就隨便做主了？誰告訴你能免費升級的？”
全程當著客人的麪，態度極差，毫無服務意識，完全不尊重客人。
既然客服承諾過、前台也同意了，最後卻被店長當場推翻、甩臉子，體驗極其糟糕。
誠信和服務都沒有，不會再來，也不推薦大家預訂。

«提前備註不要角落房，入住之後就説衹剩角落了，沒有其他解決方式，晚上快十一點了，衹想快點休息尋思就算了，不知道是不是一個人定大床房就會這樣給安排。房間稍有異味，可能是角落房不常有人住的關係吧。窗户開了半天才打開，睡前想關上發現關不嚴了，看牆上窗户嗑掉的牆紙痕跡説明窗户不是壞了一天兩天了，凌晨12點半了也不想再叫人進房間替我關窗户了。記憶枕感覺枕套下面有臟東西，掀開一看果然一大塊類似粉底液的痕跡，就換了另一個枕頭，但兩個枕頭高度一樣都很高，睡醒頸椎很不舒服。»

It was fun to stroll around the huge plaza right next door, in front of the local government complex, where all kinds of locals exercise in the early evening during the warmer days of year. We were happily surprised by the quality of the breakfast, very professionally prepared and delicious, probably by the same kitchen of the nice restaurant in the hotel.

On top of delicious breakfast, the hotel also gave us a small goodie bags of ChiFeng products like milk candy and milk tea powder. We feel very welcome and taken care of in this hotel 😆

CCurt 常鹰For a hotel in a small county, there's little to complain about here. The room was clean & warm and came with a soft bed & a hot shower - both of which were appreciated after some long, cold days out. Seeing the glow of the hotel at night was always a comforting sight when heading home.
Check in & cleaning staff were friendly & helpful, even when working over the holiday period. Had no issues checking in as a foreigner. Staff were also more than happy for me to leave my bags on the last day, & let my partner & my friend hang out in the large lobby as we waited for various cabs. Breakfast was not bad. I especially enjoyed the pickles.
Location wise, it's within walking distance of the old square & old train station, as well as Khitan Street & the snack street. Ningcheng center (Tianyi) itself is small so everything is really within walking distance, though in winter you might want to take a cab to anywhere a little further away. Ningcheng Railway station is probably not walkable, but only takes around 15 minutes in a car (there's also rental ebikes all over the city, which might be preferable when the weather is warmer).
Overall a very pleasant stay.

SSgsgsgsgGreat location next to the sand lake. We had a cabin room which was away from everything, but their car service was quick and excellent. The hot springs were a nice relaxing experience and a wonderful half day out; although I couldn’t spend as much time there as I would have liked because there was very little shade and I was worried I would get sunburned. It would be nice if they were open at night; but it’s a minor complaint. I would absolutely go back - but would cover up with some sun block and maybe a hat next time. The buffet dinner and breakfast at the hotel were a slight disappointment; but would still recommend overall.

TTienneModern and clean room with plenty of space, the hotel provides the essentials such as toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, slippers etc. Location is about a 25 minute walk from the high speed rail station. There's Chinese style breakfast buffet for 28rmb, the food is mid but the options are good for a balanced diet. Hotel front desk ladies were very helpful, they helped me handle a problem I encountered with my carpool pickup, and were so kind to me when I was stressed about my SIM card malfunctionioning. It's literally thanks to them that I was able to get to the next city 100km away. Forever grateful to them!!

TTienneA comfortable stay in a great location, the yurts are located just a ten minute walk away from the ticket counter for the Dalinuoer Lake Scenic Area. It's a pretty small town, so it's also close to pretty much every restaurant. The boss is also very friendly, he answered all my questions and helped me with finding transportation.
The conditions of the yurt are actually quite good, there's a heating/air conditioning unit, which I used to keep cozy at night, and a full bathroom (shower, toilet, sink, hot water etc.). There's also a TV, a variety of charging cables, and free WiFi. The bed is massive, very comfortable and able to fit a family. Body wash, shampoo, hairdryer, toothbrush and toothpaste are provided.
For those who may be concerned about such things, it may be useful to note that the door locks from the inside using a deadbolt, and when you leave your yurt for the day you lock it from the outside with a padlock as there's no electronic lock or keycard. It didn't bother me and since the town is very small, I felt pretty safe.
As for cleanliness, for what it is (essentially a semi-permanent tent in the rural grasslands) it's very clean. There are vinyl floors and clean sheets, everything seems well maintained. Sometimes little critters like moths fly in, but this is glamping. Of course you shouldn't expect the same type of environment as a regular five star hotel.
Overall I had a wonderful experience here! Felt connected to nature while still enjoying my creature comforts.
