«The decor of the hotel was really lovely. It was in the traditional Chinese style. Especially impressive were the natural floral displays in the public areas. The breakfast room was very stunning with its plethora of ceiling lanterns. The executive room we stayed in was spacious and well equipped. We would unhesitatingly book here again, also for its proximity to the high speed rail station.»

«首先辦理入住的時候就很不方便，位置沒那麼好找，寫的是在七樓，實際上要去一樓辦理，問前台就是幾個酒店在合併要分開辦理入住，然後明明是提前預訂，等我到酒店辦理入住了才告知我可能沒有合適的房間了，前台表示如果不滿意那就衹能退房，五一期間本來就是提前規劃好了預訂，你不提前告知會有這種情況，衹想用退房打發我，我請問呢，然後辦理入住果不其然衹剩了三個尾房讓我選，不是味道非常難聞就是房間很小，我預訂房間的意義在哪，沒辦法選了那個小房間入住了，現在想來真的非常窩火，服務真的非常不到位，而且房間小是一方面，酒店是一層當兩層用，層高也很低，相當壓抑，酒店的正面大門圖片也是假的，不推薦也不建議來入住了，五一價格本來就比平時貴了兩倍，不説了不會再來了»

UUsuario invitado由於我對噪聲敏感，開房時專門請服務員儘量開一間安靜一點的，結果窗户正對柳葉大道，關窗由於沒有空調很悶，為省錢不開空調我理解，畢竟天氣還涼，但沒空調又無法關窗户，因為很悶。找了前台交涉，換了一間房，結果新開的1705又靠着常德大道，照樣車聲隆隆，又衹能被迫關窗睡。最大的問題是，關窗的情況下，一開睡眼模式，竟然排氣扇也一起停，室內完全沒有空氣流通，悶**，並且被子又厚又重，半夜熱醒，起來換了一張薄的，依舊無用，一夜無眠，花錢買罪受。這種酒店，表面看大模樣可以，細節考慮卻極差。次日果斷換去桔子水晶，果然華住的就是比錦江好，難怪股價都差一大截，管理層次確實不一樣。再次日去荊州古城，住了賓陽樓附近的城市便捷，也都比維也納好，人家價格可是低了一大截。

La habitación se vende como ”River-/Lakeview” y cualquier persona razonable convendría que no era Lakeview. Eso fue vista de la ciudad. Ver la foto adjunta.
El río fue poco visible entre dos edificios de alto alza, pero sólo cuando se presionó la cara hacia la ventana.
A la izquierda era sólo la ciudad. La ventana estaba enfrente al este.

UUsuario invitadoCheck-in lady is really bad. She is so confused with using my credit card for authorisation. She was not welcoming at all. Very very stupid person. I asked her many times that i am first time here, and what can i do here? She just said to take a look at the map. I was not happy at all. She has no heart to make my stay in Taoyuan happy. However, the next day, lucky for me, two interns were very nice to show me around the whole estate. They were very patient with me, and my feelings changed about Taoyuan. I loved it. Then today, when I check-out, to my surprise, the same lady at the checkout again. That stupid person screwed up my check out and did bot return my authorisation credit to my credit card. She called me to say that the authorisation failed when i first checked in. Oh my god. This is really impossible! What made me angry was that she took ¥0.01. This give me problem with my credit card company. This stupid person make me hate my trip to your property. Beginning and end!
