"I had booked a upgraded river view room, I wasn't told when checking in that this room wasn't available and instead was just given a basic and frankly depressing room with no view. I explained to the reception that I wasn't happy and they said a river view room wasn't available in the hotel. No difference in price was offered and to be frank the staff were extremely rude. We were celebrating our engagement and this was the last two days of our holiday so I said I didn't want to check in and I wasn't to be charged as what I booked wasn't available. The receptionist and Manager agreed and we left however I was still charged. I have emailed twice, its been 2 weeks and still no reply. Shocking service and a very basic hotel, pictures do not display the room we were offered and it certainly wasn't worth the price. I also went on to say that I had actually booked an checked into a sister hotel for the coming two nights so the fact they still havent replied and charged me is shocking!"

"We went for coffee to the hotel on a day when the rain was pouring down. There is a shallow amount of shelter over tables arrayed along the front of the hotel, but every chair and table was covered in rain. In the reception there are two tables, one had a couple having coffee, sharing their table with a tray of cutlery, left there by the staff. The other table had an accounts ledger on it and a sweater over the back of one of the two chairs. The kitchen, which is off the reception, down a short corridor had its door propped open, so one could see and hear the clatter and chat in the kitchen. Off the reception is a dining room, with several tables, one of which had an English couple eating a late breakfast, it being after 10:00. Otherwise the room was empty. We sat down and ordered coffee, and chatted briefly to the couple. The receptionist came in and said we were not allowed to sit there and ushered us back to reception. She indicated the table with the accounts ledger and said we should sit there. I pointed out the book, ‘well’, she said ‘ it’s only a book’! I pointed out the sweater and she said ‘You can move it’. We had our coffee, paid and left. We shan’t be going back. Note even if hell freezes over and every other coffee shop in the Dordogne is closed. If you have no interest in welcoming guests, the hotel business is not for you."

"Hosts maravillosos. Fantástico alimento, vale la pena cenar solo. Situación ideal en la distancia de paseo de todo. Qué bueno tener una piscina al aire libre para enfriar. Parking privado y bonificación adicional. Nice toque en todas partes, como la zona de desayuno rugby tema. El hotel está bien situado, y el hotel está bien situado."
