«Das hotel liegt nahe der interstate und das hört man auch. In unmittelbarer Nähe sind truck Stellplätze. Die Fahrer lungern abends im näheren Umfeld. Das mag für den ein oder anderen etwas beunruhigend sein. Während unseres Aufenthaltes wurden 60 neue Fenster angeliefert. Wahrscheinlich um den Geräuschpegel im Zimmer zu senken. Die Einrichtung des hotels ist in die jahre gekommen. Dringend getauscht werden sollten meines Erachtens die teppichböden im Flur. Sie sind einfach nur abscheulich. An der Sauberkeit gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Das Frühstück ist typisch amerikanisch. Nichts besonderes. Due Cornflakes waren von schlechter Qualität. Frühstück endet PUNKT 9 Uhr. Danach gibt's nix mehr. Freundlichkeit des Personals ist ok. Aufzug alt und klapprig.»

«No me gusta tener que caminar tan lejos con problemas cardíacos solo para irme porque solo hay una forma de entrar o salir. Además, estar encerrado puede ser un poco abrumador. Salí por la salida al lado de mi habitación y todas las puertas estaban cerradas para salir y entrar. Puedo entender la entrada por la noche, pero no poder salir era frustrante a menos que caminara hasta el frente. Me sentí como en la cárcel. y el olor era terrible cerca de los ascensores y los pasillos. Rancio. Además de ser estereotipado, el servicio fue excelente.»

This newly updated villa is one bedroom (with queen size bed) one bath with walk in tiled shower and fully functional stocked kitchen. There is a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. The front patio has stunning views of the mile wide Manatee River. The back patio has a fabulous garden view complete with palm trees and a century old Live Oak Tree with babbling waterfall underneath. Head out back to walk the gardens, sit by the waterfall, nap on the hammock, or take a dip in the heated pool (the pool is shared with 2 other villas). While sitting out back, you can read a book, listen to the birds, watch the abundant butterflies, lizards and dragonflies or play cards/boardgames. If you bring your well behaved pup along, Fido will definitely enjoy the fenced in dog area in the back yard - complete with toys and lots of grass for him to roll around on! While outside, you may detect the faint smell of oranges in the air (we're close to Tropicana)! You will enjoy walking through Mineral Springs Park complete with a spring, boardwalk, fishing pier, big trees and observation tower. This newly revonated 1st floor condo is near the beach, IMG, and a variety of activites, making it easy to plan your visit. Within the complex are 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, tennis/ pickleball/basketball courts, shuffle board, and a BBQ area at the Clubhouse.
The kitchen and living room has an open floor plan. The furniture is comfortable and the place has a warm feeling to relax and feel at home in. The condo is a short walk to the Clubhouse and set back enough to quietly relax on the lanai.
The space
This Shorewalk Dream Condo is a 1st floor property that has an open and inviting floor plan. The entire condo is newly renovated with stylish features.
This is a NO SMOKING ALLOWED unit.
We are a short distance to the beaches and within walking distance to places where you can eat out and shop (Aldi, Publix, CVS). We are also very close to IMG Academy.
The Shorewalk Condo Association offers 2 Pools/2 Spas, Tennis/pickle and basket ball courts, shuffle board and bocce ball court, table tennis, BBQ's, club house with a pool table, large screen TV/lounge area, and an outside dining area. There are clubhouse staff (10am to 10PM daily) to handle your rental/reservations of recreational equipment. You need to bring your pool/recreation pass to use facilities! We provide 4 passes in our condo. They must all be accounted for when you leave or a $20.00 charge each will be taken if any are lost.
