«Really nice vibes overall. We had a sea-view room on a high floor, and waking up to the ocean from the balcony was a great start to the day. The room design is modern and very practical — everything feels thoughtfully laid out, with good use of space despite the room being a decent size. The hotel itself feels new and contemporary. A pleasant surprise was the complimentary breakfast, which was simple but nicely done. Parking is free, which is a big plus, and there are sufficient lots available, though a secondary car park is shared with a neighboring hotel. Location-wise, it’s convenient with a large drugstore within walking distance. Add in the big TV in the room and the good bath shower, and it makes for a comfortable stay.»

«The reason to go to this hotel is because it is extremely convenient and has a great view. We came here last year, but it was cheaper last year. We were surprised to learn that the car parking is now something you have to pay, which wasn't the case last year. Seems like a very cheap decision on their part considering the hotel is already pretty expensive. Also be prepared, the room will not be the newest or cleanest. It had a bit of mold on the wall around the AC unit, and the walls needed to be repainted and fixed on some parts.»

«This is a great option if you want to stay right in the heart of American Village. The hotel is brand new, which really shows in the condition of the rooms and facilities. The amenities were excellent - having a washer/dryer with 2 complimentary detergent packets daily was incredibly convenient, especially for a longer stay. The in-room fridge and microwave also made it easy to prepare simple meals instead of eating out all the time. The room itself felt more like an apartment, with a spacious living area, a balcony, and an amazing view overlooking American Village. Location-wise, it’s perfect if your main focus is exploring American Village. However, beyond that, the area gets pretty quiet late at night once most of the village closes. In hindsight, I probably would have stayed further north as a base for visiting Okinawa’s northern attractions. Unfortunately, the service experience was disappointing, especially after hours. During check-in, security refused to let me temporarily park in the open spaces while unloading luggage, claiming it would encourage everyone else to demand parking there. Considering the inconvenience of retrieving the car from the automated lift parking just to unload bags, the response felt unreasonable, so I ended up parking curbside instead. Things got worse later that night when I accidentally left my key card in the room. I buzzed reception for assistance, but the staff member simply kept gesturing for me to tap my card to enter and refused to come help open the door despite me clearly explaining the situation. There was also no security staff present at the parking area to operate the automated parking lift when I returned, so I parked in the surface lot instead - only to be scolded by security the next morning during check-out. Overall, the hotel itself and the facilities are excellent, but the inconsistent and unhelpful service significantly affected the experience.»

«El hotel es muy nuevo y grande. La habitación da al mar y la vista es muy buena. El servicio fue muy bueno. El recepcionista me dijo pacientemente dónde tomar el autobús desde American Village a Asahibashi. El aire acondicionado de la habitación empezó a funcionar un poco lento. El tío del departamento de ingeniería se apresuró a comprobarlo y confirmó que estaba allí. No hubo ningún problema antes de partir. «Cosy small apartment good for 3 people. There was initially a miscommunication regarding the amount of people checking-in but was solved by trip.com customer service. This apartment is not walkable to american town but a short 5min drive away. It is up on a hill. There are only 7 parking lots available. Bed is too soft for my liking and there are many bugs around. But for the price, one cant complain. Check out is strictly 11am. Wifi is ok. Bathroom is good and have washing machine+ dryer»

«M B北谷畫廊酒店離美國村有十分鐘的步行路程，旁邊是希爾頓酒店，對面有琉球的牛，這個區域較安靜，美國村購物非常一般沒有什麼有牌子的專賣店或商場以旅遊小商品為什麼主，主要多是一些餐飲例如啤酒屋這些放嘈雜的音樂。酒店分灣景和海景，灣景就是我住的景觀，因為酒店的位置不臨海在小鎮裏所以只有少數高層海景房景觀好，其他的都一般。經營風格是快捷式，沒有度假休閑的氛圍也沒有檔次，沒有迎賓和坐着辦理入住，但是他們家有空房的話下午一點就可以入住，辦完入住有一杯飲料提供。7樓的lounge 所有房型都可享受，空間高有海景，但酒店經營非常不專業，下午2點到4點是下午茶時間，兩個工作人員在大聲聊天，茶點有蛋糕這些但口味和品質很差非常非常的甜，我去了hanon 鬆餅店排隊進的，也是太甜太甜無法吃，可能是美國甜度吧，中國人會覺得加這麼多糖完全是犯罪。下午4點到6點是酒類時間，有零食和涼菜，涼菜吃了肚子不舒服咕咕叫，我想着要是真的是變質的東西上吐下泄的話就麻煩了，還好也沒有。早餐入住時預約得按時間去，一份主餐加自助區域，兩樣都差，點了B套餐，等半天，煎魚油太多魚肉老到卡牙縫，自助東西很少，小蕃茄吃到好幾個壞的。這個酒店不像是專業做酒店的人開的，專業的很重視餐廳，不過我現在搬到旁邊的希爾頓也不行，價格還高。酒店是新酒店房間打掃得很乾凈，沒有異味，總體，美國村這邊可住可不住。»

«아메리칸빌리지에서 약간 떨어진 거리에 위치하고 있어요. 약 15-20분 정도.. 차타고 나가거나 걸어서 움직여서 위치는 생각보다 괜찮았어요. 아메리칸빌리지 근처 가족 숙소 찾고 계신 분들께 추천해요.^^ 5명이서 묵엇는데 다다미에 여분 침구까지 있어서 충분히 넓었어요. 수건은 기본제공 갯수 외에는 빨래해서 사용해야해요. 세탁기 건조기도 다 있어서 여행때 세탁하기도 편리햇네요»
