Esta es mi primera vez alojome en este hotel. Se acaba de abrir. Los artículos están muy ordenados y limpios. Las señoritas de recepción son muy amables. Lo más importante es que cada habitación sea inteligente. Lo patrocinaré la próxima vez.

5 minutes walk from the nearest metro station. Near to Chinese restaurants, convenience stores, and a pharmacy. In a quiet and high-end neighborhood. Many other hotels nearby. The room was clean and cozy, perfect for solo travelers and a few days' stay.

The front desk reception are very friendly, helpful and understanding. The location of the hotel is very convenient, near to metro line 14 Xitieying. The 3 rooms I stayed are OK, except there's one flaw in one of the room is the loud thud sound from above and another room was it's shower head has a problem. It's a pity for this hotel as it was a bit too noisy when the gym above starts at 7.30am onwards till 9pm. There is a guest laundry room where you can wash and dry clothes but have to wait in turn as there is one of each. Still could work on the cleanliness of housekeeping as there are times there are clumps of hair on the floor or on the bed.

Stayed for a couple nights and an experience was good. The front desk ladies were very kind and helpful. Even though location of the hotel was far from a center of the city, it was close to the station of subway and Wanda plaza, where you can go shopping and eating. I would definitely stay here next time. Very thankful for desk ladies for their kindness.
