"Absolutely heaven. We had 2 nights here in April. The weather was freezing during a cold spell in tassie but we had an absolutely beautiful weekend. The dome was super warm and comfortable. Had everything we needed. The cheese board waiting for us was delicious. We even braved the cold and had an outdoor bath. Wr ordered the platters and they were absolutely delicious as was the wine tasting. The owner Doug was very knowledgeable during our tasting and we couldn't fault anything. We will be back for sure!"

"Only had two nights here which is such a pity as it’s a big quiet beautiful park. Plenty of space for everyone and for kids to play. Stayed in Cabin 3. Clean and welcoming and everything you need to have a comfy stay. Barbara was very friendly on arrival and departure and obviously takes pride in the park. I don’t know why we haven’t been before."

"Adorado aquí. Esta fue una reserva de última hora para nosotros, y me alegro mucho de que lo hayamos experimentado. Un pequeño parque tranquilo junto al río. Sitio de caravana generoso, dividido por una cobertura bien mantenida. Una gran cantidad de baños limpios y duchas. Cuatro lavavajillas y dos secadoras, aunque uno estaba fuera de orden cuando estuvimos allí."

"This charming Federation style accommodation was immaculately decorated, clean, uncluttered, and very comfortable. It was very cold outside when we arrived in the evening, but inside the building and my bedroom it was temperature controlled, meaning that I had control of the whisper quiet ducted heating. With quality linen on the bed and thick fluffy towels, I made the best time of my stay, enjoying the ensuite that included an old fashion claw bath. I will definitely be back for some more spoiling. Oh, did I mention the host Gavin, he couldn’t have been more helpful and delightful, a grand tourism guy! Thanks Gavin, I am telling everyone about my girlfriend getaway at your hotel."

"Free welcoming house beer for both of us upon check-in. Free slices of bread, jam, butter, apple juices and packets of cereals for two in the room for our breakfast. Dinner at the restaurant, the happening place in town, apparently. Among the many hotels I stayed in Australia, this hotel has exceeded the normal expectations. Room is a bit dated, but ok for location."

"Amazing experience being able to stay in this beautiful dome overlooking the picturesque Tasmanian vineyard! The dome itself was incredible with everything you may need for a short stay. Beautiful clear, unpolluted sky at night and able to see plenty of wildlife also. The hosts were incredibly kind and very accommodating. Thanks so much for a lovely stay!"

"We visited the Kelso caravan park recently after a tragic bereavement in our family. We were greeted warmly by Barbara on arrival and she was very understanding of our situation and very kind. We set up on an unpowered site in a peaceful, quiet area surrounded by wildlife which is what I needed. The first couple of days I had fine weather then came the rain. We got flooded out, and the owners were sooo good, came and helped us pack up, pulled our van to a higher site and relocated us to a lovely cabin. Didn't charge us for the time spent on the unpowered site and discounted the cabin stay for us as well. We couldn't fault the service, help, care and compassion afforded to us during this time, as no-one can help was the weather does! We love this park and will visit again soon to spend time in our lil Jpod with the wildlife. Thanks to Barbara and Tim for everything you did for us to make our stay comfortable and to easy the stress on us during this sad time in our lives. Very caring people. Thank you once again. Chaylea and Chris"
