I don't even know how to begin... overall, the service staff were very friendly. We knew the hotel was old so we were expecting the worst but got a newly renovated room instead and that was nice. But the renovation felt incomplete with a number of issues / poorly done, and weird things like a very very rusty shower soap rack (because it's clearly newly renovated, why is it rusty???). Amenities wise there's a hair dryer, 2 bottles and complimentary coffee and tea packets. Nothing in minibar. Room was spacious, but the safe was spoilt and way too small (barely can keep iPad level small). There's only one door lock and no extra chain lock on the door. I mean I didn't feel unsafe unsafe but at the same time I knew it was not really safe. The water turned a bit brown for about 3 minutes the first night (we suspect rust?) but didn't appear any more after. Drainage was okay but can be improved. Towels were stained and bedsheets not pristine. It's beside a school, so expect some noise if your staying in the morning on weekdays. There was also an air freshener in the room that went off every hour (literally every hour throughout the night) but I'm pretty 100% sure there was nothing in the air freshener. The weirdest part was the outside of the hotel - not the hotel property itself but the road leading up to it. It seemed completely abandoned and like it could collapse anytime. Overall - would not stay again but if no other choice, can make do. Paid about $160 for 3 nights.

I and my wife finally booked and had a chance to stay in Harmoni One Hotel. It was a crowded and busy place before covid-19 outbreak. Proud to see how this hotel still struggle to survive, but also sad at the same time witnessing how empty and quite this place now. Harmoni One still operates hotel room for guesses at 2nd floor. We heard and saw 1-2 other guess at our floor. We stayed in Room 210, deluxed room including breakfast. with wide glass window facing to under construction of Batam One Mall and bushes of surrounding old area. Checked in 5/May/2021 for a nght stay. Thank you to Ms. Rita, he front desk staff who was kindl assited us during check in and make sure our needs in the room is fulfilled. Hotel building looks luxury, located close to Lottemart and Sundanese Warung. Room was spacious, with king size bed, sofa bed ,furniture, mini bar, complimentary coffee/tea and water kettle. Surprising to have a bathtub...so the toilet itself has almost half of bed room's size. However, we understood this hotel is not new, so old carpet smell is unavoided. Internet was good and strong. Room has tv cable with 40 local and foreign channels. They served the breakfast by ala carte menu for main course and fruits, and let bread/toast, juices, coffee/tea stall open for self service. Nasi goreng was good and tasty. The staffs on duty and 1 high shool trainee available on-spot to help. Swimming pool and fitness center at 6th floor are open 9AM-6PM, but we did not try it because this place seems not attended by any staff. We can sleep well in the room. Thank you for the staying experience in this hotel, and wish all the best for the management and staffs to keep their spirit high in serving during this trying condition. Well done Harmoni One Hotel !

El mejor hotel que he tenido en el pasado y es mi primera opción cuando viene a Batam. Limpieza perfecta, la habitación es tan cómoda. El placer durante las vacaciones, especialmente con la familia. El personal es agradable y útil. El aspecto presentable y profesional. La recepcionista Srta. Cahaya & Srta. Ega es hermosa y te hará sentir como si vuelves a venir. Finalmente nunca olvidaré el momento en Santika Batam & Santika Garut hasta ahora. Santika siempre será mi mejor hotel jamás.

Just next to Batam Ferry Terminal. Very walkable. If it rains u can ask the hotel for complimentary shuttle. U can dash across the road to Batam Mega Mall or take the bridge linking to the mall from Ferry Terminal which is open from 10am to 10pm. Grab is very affordable & from here u can go anywhere. The hotel buffet Rp.117k (without taxes) is affordable at least try it one morning. The hotel has a fully functional cafe and the lobby also serves kebab & gelato at affordable prices. All the staff are wonderful especially Alvonvo

My second time here... and this time with my mum. Service and staff were very friendly and approachable, even for my mum who doesn't speak fluent English, they were all kind and friendly towards her. There were knocking noises randomly above the ceiling, and the staff is kind enough to arrange us for another room. Appreciates the help. Only two issues which I find it annoying, first I saw guest in their tshirts or even non-swimmers use the swimming pool to soak their feet, and two of them even ”play” in the pool without proper swimming attire. Well, I use the swimming pool (and gym) at the hotel and intended to use it, so when I saw the family with improper attire at the pool during my breakfast, made me change plan. I meant soaking their feet at the pool... and i had to swim in it. Besides, the painter has been there for 2 days? Smelling turpentine during swimming after every stroke.. can be quite unpleasant. Gym facilities are good, and had quite a crowd compare to other hotels ive been to. However, I guess the air-conditioning of the room can be better, as the weather are getting warmer, the heat can be strong after an workout. What I really like is the play room for children, and the view in the morning. Breakfast is good, lots of varieties.
