AAnnoying travellerI travelled with my dad for a 2 day 1 night trip to Batam. Upon arriving at the Radisson Golf and Convention Center Hotel via Grab, it took about 15 minutes from Batam Center. The reception check in was seamless, and the staff were very polite. However, the lift sensor didn't work very well when pressing the button.
The amenities were good, but it would be great to include items such as a comb or cotton buds. This wasn't my first time staying here, but I hope for some upgrades of the bathroom or better cleaning, as noticed some signs of aging.
Hotel breakfast had a wide variety of options, which was impressive. Additionally, the massage services at the hotel were excellent.

AAzy AbdullahSaw this and it's amenities and felt it was the best for me and my 3 kids. Decided to try this out didn't realize it was further than I'm usually used to.
We arrived in the evening but was greeted by a cheerful receptionist.
Please note there is a 1 mil rupiah deposit. I wasn't prepared for this so I thought to give this a heads up for future booking awareness.
The place was alittle hard to spot from the main road ( there was no signage) but it's landmarks are Cubezone and Ria.
Note, there is a laundry service across the road please expect 1-2 days. Express service is 1 day
The entrance is a dainty little walkway like a secret hideout into a cactus garden that somehow transports you to what looks like Bali crossed with New Mexico feels.
A small but clean pool, well maintained. They have dining table and benches outside for a chill out vibe. There's also a BBQ space where you can engage in their BBQ rental (provides charcoal n pit) with a ceiling fan n sink for your convenience and comfort.
Area is nice and spacious. Once again I just emphasize, they keep it very clean.
The place it seems is 6 container villas surrounding the garden n pool. Which is perfect if you plan to have a big group in.
Inside there's a basic kitchenette with a fridge, pot, kettle.
There were 2 rooms. Both equipped with bathrooms and tvs. Ac was perfection.you don't have to worry about the heat. It's so nice and cold. Makes you wanna just not get out of bed.
The wifi was laggy alittle, didn't bother us as we had local data but it wasn't so nice to be watching a movie and gettin disrupted.
TV is equipped with YOUTUBE and Netflix. Pretty awesome to keep the kids occupied.
Be warned they have live bands that play music till 1-2 am in the morning. Definately didn't expect that but it didn't bother us so much. Once again, another heads up.
Pool is open from 7am to 9pm.
Its also a 15-20mins drive to Nagoya. We normally do Grab roughly about 60-70k.
The host has their number in the welcome print and responds pretty fast if you need to enquire on anything.
Overall, the place is pretty charming and despite it being alittle far from massages n karaoke, I think I found a new go to place. Certainly looking forward to be back.

MMuhammad Sadiq Bin SamsudinHotel is located near Batam Centre International Ferry Terminal. Gojek trip from Mega Mall Batam Centre (opposite ferry terminal) to the hotel is about 2km and cost Rp18500 ($1.45) before discount.
Hotel is newly built thus the place is well maintained as expected. Check in supposed to be after 2pm. Went there at 1pm but room wasn’t ready. They have a musollah and kids playroom which one can use while waiting for the room to be ready.
We booked 3 rooms and had made request for rooms to be close to each other during the booking. Unfortunately, the hotel is not able to arrange the rooms accordingly since it is the peak period and the hotel is fully occupied. All 3 rooms are located at 3 different levels (10, 12 & 17). Since the floor require card access, it is almost impossible to go to each other’s room without getting someone from the room to escort. Do take this into consideration if you intend to book multiple rooms.
Additionally, we manage to get only 1 room during the official check in time i.e. 2pm. Our 3rd room was only ready at close to 5pm. The hotel is able to safekeep your luggage if you prefer to continue with your day instead of waiting for your rooms to be ready.
The rooms are spacious and you can watch a variety of channels on the TV. Some drilling works can be heard at night but fortunately it was quick. It lasted less than a minute. After all, this is a new hotel so some works can be expected.
Breakfast is beyond expectation. First time seeing instant noodle counter and live grill station for breakfast. Food is awesome especially the roasted duck and cakes. They have hot chocolate which is an added bonus. They also have different soups for your noodles. Place is big but can get busy during peak period. On Sunday morning at 0830am, queue started to build up as people are waiting for seats to be available. Luckily we had went in earlier. The staffs are proactive in finding available seats for them.
Since the breakfast is good, some people stayed longer to try out the different selections. You will need to go earlier or slightly later to avoid the crowd. Monday morning breakfast was relatively empty so no issues with the timing.
Swimming pool size is decent and big enough for kids to enjoy. Gym seems to be well equipped. Did not try out the spa so cannot comment on it.
Nearest shopping mall is One Batam Mall. You can walk on the cycling track from the mall to the hotel. It is a straight road. The only hurdle will be to cross the road as the hotel is on the opposite side of the road. The mall is fairly new so some parts of it is still under renovation.
If you want to go to other malls, can easily get a ride through Grab, Gojek or Bluebird. I find myself using Gojek more as the prices are relatively cheaper. It might not always be the case so do your own research. Prices should be around $2-$3 per trip.
Overall, we had a pleasant stay at this hotel.

Just for a small feedback I hope your management can look into it.
The swimming pool and the ladder is too steep hope can change to wider for the elderly or young children to step on it. Hope can do a step in front of the ladder, elderly or disabled guests to step down from the platform of the swimming pool.
The toilet most of the shower head needs to upgrade.
We will inform our friends and family come over here to enjoy it. We will back here again .

UUsuario invitadoOverall, my stay at Hotel Santika Batam was pleasant. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. However, upon entering the room, there was a strange odor—likely from the recent renovations.
Breakfast was a highlight, offering a scrumptious variety that left a great impression.
That said, there were a couple of drawbacks. The shower was problematic, as the water temperature fluctuated constantly between hot and cold, making it difficult to enjoy a relaxing shower. Additionally, the hotel only provides one room key card, which controls both the electricity in the room and access to it. This lack of an extra card was inconvenient, especially when stepping out to collect food or attend to errands, as it left the room without power.
In summary, while the stay was generally comfortable, a few issues with the shower and room card policy could be improved for a better guest experience.

SSiu CheinWe booked the Executive Suites with 2 bedrooms, it was an excellent choice! The check in process was fast and easy, which was a great start to our trip.
The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, perfect for a family stay. It had everything we needed and was well-maintained. The garden below was beautiful, it was great to just walk around.
The staff were friendly, helpful the whole time. The breakfast was so good, with plenty of options, everything was fresh and tasty.
Overall, we had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

El servicio es muy agradable para mantener el equipaje si llegan demasiado pronto, pero si hay opción para permitir el inicio del check-in será mucho mejor, pero ya que la habitación no está disponible, así que sólo podemos continuar el check-in después de las 2pm como se anunció. El desayuno como siempre, pan, café, miedo y otros puede mejorar el tipo de iluminación desde amarillo a color más claro.

El servicio realmente se destacó el personal era increíblemente amigable, profesional y atento a todos los detalles, lo que me hizo sentir bienvenido desde el momento en que llegué. El hotel dispone de unas instalaciones excelentes, incluyendo la piscina y las opciones de cena, y ofrece un perfecto equilibrio de lujo y comodidad.

El desayuno fue pedido por un rollo de desayuno de 30.000 rupias y me dijeron que comiera en la cafetería de al lado. Sepa si está delicioso.
