Hoteles con bar en Bali

Bueno, hay que entender que esto no es un hotel de 5 estrellas, aunque quizás hace 20 años, cuando se construyó, era un proyecto de cinco estrellas. El hotel está destartalado, los desayunos son regulares, el espacio es amplio y agradable. Nos alojamos con niños; nos trajeron un cochecito para movernos por el hotel. Hay una habitación infantil, con un programa de 3 estrellas. Hay entretenimiento, como música en vivo por la noche junto a la playa. Para un par de días está bien, unas vacaciones más largas aquí pueden ser agotadoras. La habitación es acogedora, pero claramente necesita reparaciones. Colchones, almohadas, mantas... todo está bien. Salida a las 12, 10 minutos después volvimos de la playa para cambiarnos y hacer el check out; la llave ya no funcionaba, tuvimos que ir desnudos a la recepción con los niños, lo cual fue agotador (la administradora se encogió de hombros y nos dio una llave nueva). En general, un buen lugar si tienes un presupuesto limitado, pero quieres vivir en primera línea.

Nuestra estancia fue como reencontrarnos con viejos amigos. El personal (Eri, Yuli y todo el resto del personal) hizo todo lo posible para que nuestra estancia fuera la mejor que pudiéramos imaginar. Nos vemos pronto. Jim y Ness 💕

.Had such a lovely stay at Hilton Bali Resort. The housekeeping team were absolutely amazing and always made everything feel so comfortable and welcoming. Every staff member we came across was kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. A special thank you as well for organizing the birthday cake surprise — it made my birthday feel extra special and was such a thoughtful touch. Really grateful for the beautiful experience and hospitality. Would definitely love to come back again.

La habitación del hotel es insensible y tan hermosa. Me encanta el estilo y el balcón, aunque se mire a uno de los restaurantes. El único problema era que las personas que colocaban sus toallas en las camas solares todo el día sin usarlas, sin duda debería haber una política en el lugar donde sólo tienen un límite de 2 horas sin usarla o algo así. The all inclusive plan is definitely worth the money if you’re going to use the pool bar but if you’re looking for extraordinary food then you’ll be disappointed. Es bueno, está bien, pero nada especial, incluso la noche de ”seafood” sólo tenía 1 tipo de pescado y algunos esquid ! En general, todavía recomendaría este lugar a mis amigos o incluso volver, pero aventurería a otros restaurantes cerca en lugar de comer en el hotel.

Una estancia perfecta. El complejo del hotel es grande y espacioso. El servicio es de primera categoría por parte de todos, desde los guardias que revisan el coche en busca de cualquier dispositivo sospechoso hasta el portero, la recepción y la camarera. Incluso el gerente salió a recibirte durante el desayuno para escuchar tus comentarios, si los hubiera. El hotel está frente a la playa, así que es una excelente opción si quieres tener tu propia playa exclusiva. La piscina es increíble, enorme y está muy bien diseñada. También hay gimnasio y sala infantil. Para comer en temporada baja, incluso ofrecen un menú infantil gratis si pides un menú para adultos en su restaurante, que tiene un precio razonable. Si quieres comer fuera, sal del hotel y gira a la derecha; hay restaurantes excelentes a precios razonables. Es un hotel de 5 estrellas con servicios de 5 estrellas y un servicio de 10 estrellas. ¡Excelente!

La ubicación es muy buena y la habitación es muy tranquila. Aunque no es grande, está totalmente equipada con todo lo necesario. Staying here was a real retreat. The room which has pool access we booked was clean, spacious, intimate bcs there only a few room. Our room was very close to the dining gazebo where there were some plugs so we could working with our laptop with a sight of ricefields. the bathroom has a good warm water shower. I love when the morning sun can penetrate to the room. Nasi goreng and Mie goreng for breakfast are quite tasty. - But sometimes you can hear a gecko at night and unfortunately during our 2n3d stay, there were no one clean and make up our room. Also tissue and water didn't get refilled.

A very disappointing stay at this hotel. Issues started at check in and continued throughout our stay . Our family booked 5 rooms at the Alam KUL KUL and we all had issues with facilities and getting any action taken to address them . To start we visited the hotel in mid November 2023 to enquire about late checkout when we stayed in February 2024. The hotel reception were very pleasant in November and guaranteed that late checkout was easy and it was a great rate of 550.000 . The reception staff said that they had added the late checkout to our booking. When we arrived in February everything was different. First the reception staff questioned that we had visited in November and that we did not have late checkout added to our booking. They insisted that we name the hotel staff who we had spoken with in November. After much discussion we had the late checkout added but staff were less than friendly. Then they insisted we pay the extra money straight away. We said no problem but then my wife’s wise card wouldn’t work in their payment machine and staff kept insisting that the wrong pin was being entered. My wife had been using the card for the last 7 days in Bali with no issues. So I then gave them my wise card and was surprised when it wouldn’t work in their machine either. I also had been using my card daily in Bali with no issues. After much further discussion with hotel reception they said that we could pay at check out. We had already pre paid for all 5 rooms prior to this. On the day of checkout I received a request to contact reception as they had no records of us asking for late checkout. During several WhatsApp messages from reception they said that we had refused to pay for the late checkout and that we had stated that we would get it free. I was absolutely disappointed to receive these messages and we had never stated anything about free late checkout. The reception staff continued sending messages that were completely false statements. In reflection I think that the staff were trying to cover up the poor service lack of professionalism that they lacked. This were only a few of the small issues that arose during our stay . Our daughter and family had a mouse running around their room and it took staff 3 days to come and look at the room. There was never any offer to change rooms. Another family group had their air conditioning not working and it took 3 days for the hotel to address that issue . My wife ordered drinks during happy hour at the garden pool and when the bill came they wanted to charge full price and their staff stated that my wife had ordered room service! She was locked out of our room at the time because the electronic key kept failing. On 3 separate occasions I asked to speak with the hotel manager to see if we could get better communication and service. Unfortunately the manager was always unavailable, so can only assume that is where the problem starts . Too important or don’t care about hotel guests. Most of the hotels staff were extremely friendly and welcoming especially the restaurant staff. The Alam is a very old property in a very good location. The rooms have been renovated and beds are comfortable. After visiting Bali about 16 times and staying in many different hotels and villas this was our most disappointing stay in Bali. It’s a shame that the small issues kept coming and that the hotel were either trying to cover up or complacent about.

I didn‘t know how to solve it, so I asked the staff to find someone to deal with it. Then I called a total of three times and saw a worker observing my pool and I was very surprised. Unexpectedly, they didn’t send the staff, that is, the waiter at the front desk, to explain to me that I had made three calls, and my three calls were within half an hour to nine words in total. It was not better than a reasonable time for them to deal with things, although there was no water in the room I rented. It‘s a serious problem. I’m surprised that they don‘t send waiters. It’s because I communicated with that worker. The worker didn‘t know English. He wanted to use a telephone translator to communicate with me. I was just asking him a very simple question, that is, when can I fill up the pool of water? He didn’t seem to understand. I think that since a guest has called three times, he should actually send a staff member. In the end, I saw that the water in the pool was slowly pouring back, but if it was really to the extent of Infinity Pool, I remember that it was after sunset. This is a beautiful thing. Facilities: What surprised me about the facilities is that it has a 24-hour fitness room and a treasure drink. In addition, it has a beach chair with sun umbrellas and a view of the sea by the pool. I appreciate it very much. As for the Spa, I think the price is too expensive. It‘s 10 times different from the price of going out on the street. Food: In terms of food, I really appreciate the different styles of breakfast. Although it is a buffet, every detail will change. One of the selling point of his breakfast that I like is that the color is very colorful. It is really first-class. The nutritional value of the food is very high. It is definitely not an ordinary buffet. There are some cereals, such as oats, dairy, soy milk, and some vegetarians’ favorite sweet potatoes, red bean buns, etc. As for the seaside restaurant, I also tried their pizza and buried beef fillet. The level is qualified. As for the food in the restaurant, I think it‘s full enough. There are also snacks on the first plate, which makes me very surprised. Surprised 酒店服務：基本上非常之貼身無論喺用餐嘅過程喺出入reception職員都會問候你，不過有啲突然係佢會喺清潔房間嘅時候行入你間房而我係唔知道嘅因為我喺出邊泳池只係我忘記掛一個請勿打擾的牌，然後職員會定期打電話給你例如係知道你第二日要退房會問你聽日有啲乜嘢安排？即係交通上嗰啲同埋知道你book咗Spa佢又會打電話嚟提你，但係有樣美中不足就係第二日我個泳池啲水冇咗一半，我唔知點解我就叫職員搵人處理，然後我仲打咗總共三次電話先見到有工人喺度觀察我嘅水池而我好驚訝，佢哋竟然冇派到職員即係前台嘅服務生過嚟同我解釋仲要我係打咗三次電話而我嗰三次電話係總共係喺半個鐘頭至九個字之內打嘅自問都唔係比一個好唔合理嘅時間佢哋處理件事，雖然冇池水呢件事喺我租呢一間房間裏便其實都算係一個幾嚴重嘅問題我話驚訝點解佢哋唔派服務生過嚟？係因為我同嗰個工人溝通嗰個工人原來係唔識英文佢要用電話嘅翻譯器去同我溝通我只不過係問佢好簡單嘅問題就係幾時先可以斟返滿啲池水佢都似乎聽唔明我認為既然個客人已經打咗前後三次電話嚟佢其實應該要派個職員過嚟了解一下件事最後我見到啲池水係慢慢斟滿返，但係要真係針到Infinity Pool嘅程度我記得係日落之後嘅事啦呢件算係美中不足嘅一件事。 設施：設施方面令我驚訝就係佢有廿四小時嘅健身室同埋裏面有寶礦力飲另外就係佢有有太陽傘嘅沙灘椅喺池邊仲可以望住過海呢樣嘢我係非常之欣賞至於Spa我就覺得價錢太過貴啦，根本係同出去大街嘅價錢相差10倍 食物：食物方面我非常欣賞佢早餐會轉唔同嘅款式雖然都係自助餐但係佢每個細節都會有變化而佢嘅早餐有個我好鍾意嘅賣點就係個顏色係非常之色彩繽紛用嚟影相打卡真係一流同埋啲食物個營養價值好高，絕對唔係一般嘅自助餐佢係有一啲穀物啦燕麥啦奶類亦都有豆奶啦，亦都有啲素食人士鍾意嘅番薯呀紅豆包啊等等至於海邊餐廳我亦試咗佢哋嘅pizza同埋牛柳水準係合格的至於餐廳嘅食物我認為係夠飽肚的亦都有附送頭盤小食一點令我非常驚訝
