Only a short 2 min. drive/6 min. bike ride to the beach.This home offers two zero-step entries on the ground floor where you will find a bedroom with 2 queen beds plus a double bed, a full bathroom, and the garage/entertainment area which includes a TV, washer, dryer, and 2 additional refrigerators. The garage and the downstairs bedroom have their own doors leading to the back porch and pool with optional heat.Once inside the home, a short stairway will lead you to the main living area where the open kitchen, dining area, and living room divides the sleeping quarters.
