«入住當天，自駕車輛故障，聯繫酒店説明情況，酒店安排車輛接我們先到酒店辦理入住。給接我們的工作人員點贊。酒店6樓的觀景台可以看日出。此外就是提前聯繫酒店冷凍4瓶礦泉水給我，結果前台小姐姐回覆我沒有拿礦泉水給她冷凍，如果需要我拿礦泉水給你冷凍，我為什麼要入住前一天打電話聯繫酒店呢？»

«Damos el cuarto del primer piso, las botas son muy grandes, no hemos abierto la puerta de la bodega, deberíamos haber puesto el último invitado. El primer momento después de la respuesta no es la solución del problema. Hablar es dudoso que hayamos puesto el sofá en el segundo piso, luego nos hayamos cambiado a la habitación del segundo piso, y ha añadido una frase para no abrir la puerta del balcón...Siento que todavía está diciendo que el sofá está en el camino, este servicio es fascinante. Las bebidas mini-bar también llamaron para enviarlas, y las esquís anti-slip no funcionan.»

«優點:1酒店位於南耀村，雖然叫民宿，但就條件來説絕對夠酒店標準，6層樓，帶電梯。2到達很晚，停車時一個下班的前台小姑娘看到我們，主動詢問情況，聯繫值班前台出來接我們。3設施齊備，條件很好。配的茶具和燒水壺很有格調，椅子坐感非常好，看得出選品用心。4早餐雖然簡單，但不限量，添加較為及時。5距離觀景台很近，開車不到10分鐘即可。6導航準確，民宿院子可停車，大約8 9輛的樣子，門前路邊大約5 6輛
建議:1民宿走廊竟然沒有廊燈設計，整個走廊幾乎是黑的，體驗感很不好。2前往民宿的道路部分路段狹窄，個別路段僅有一個車道，尤其晚上駕車心慌慌，能否提前主動聯繫客人，對道路進行説明，加以引導。
綜合評價:推薦有需要的友友入住。»

«其實這個酒店的主樓還在建造中，現在衹開放了木屋（包括星空房和樹屋）區域，這也就是解釋了為什麼感覺目前的前台比較侷促，和餐廳混在一起，而且去水樂園需要坐接駁車。
剛到還以為是雲南的森泊不太一樣，基礎房就是木屋了，後來外出就餐才發現大門口的工地看着像是酒店主樓。
👍整體的體驗很好，工作人員很熱情，有耐心。房間補給非常及時。
有晾衣架，沒有洗衣房，需要自己洗衣服。
早餐豐盛，小朋友吃得很滿意。
管家推薦了很多當地美食。
酒店有面向小朋友的活動，我們由於趕時間沒有參加。

設計真的太戳心了，百年土基磚、老木樑和現代玻璃鋼構完美融合，陽光灑進中庭時，光影在牆面流轉，自然和藝術的碰撞太有美感了。推窗就是古樹葱鬱，房間裏陶罐裝着五層過濾的山泉水，泡茶喝滿口清甜，而且衞生做得超棒，床品軟乎乎的，躺上去瞬間卸下旅途疲憊。

周邊玩法也超多，開車15分鐘到石門峽，30分鐘到金山原始森林，茶馬古道、南恩瀑布都順路，管家還能幫忙預約採茶、徒步向導，沿途還能買農户的新鮮橙子，性價比拉滿。
唯一小建議就是山裡温差大，一定要帶防風外套，想住觀景房建議提前預訂，節假日真的超火爆！在樹幾山舍的日子，晨起看雲海，午後在書房看書、露台品茶，傍晚看星空，時間慢下來的感覺太治癒，妥妥的哀牢山避世天花板，已經開始想念了»

YYusiweisheng-minerhaoxue房間乾淨，安靜，舒適和整潔。前台小姐姐人很好，介紹周邊環境，為人熱情，我們出遊回來晚推遲退房也沒有因此不開心，反而很為我們着想，還幫我們把遺漏房間的物品回寄，優質酒店和服務是家人出遊首選，推薦。

Limpieza: Satisfactoria; no se encontraron problemas evidentes.
Entorno: En general bueno; la zona está cerca de un mercado nocturno, muy conveniente y tranquila (el humo de la fábrica de envoltorios de dulces por la noche es muy desagradable, pero no tiene relación con el hotel).
Servicio: El personal, en todos los puestos, fue muy amable.
