"Lovely setting, in need of some love and care. Especially the pool area and restaurant terrace. We felt the hotel was understaffed, but the staff, although stressed with an event, were trying their best. Very late check-in at 4:30pm. The room was fine as was the restaurant evening meal. But I wouldn't return. "

"rather spoilt an otherwise nice experience -a fee of 30 euros was charged for the 'secure' parking . this seemed very excessive but we had already booked the room and needed it . just if you need parking allow for 30 euros -or find another hotel !"

"In one word FANTASTICAL Very friendly, beautiful pleasant room, and a nice menu eating. The restaurant has a more limited kitchen that comes with the seasons. We will certainly come back here. It is nice to take it that there are many champagne houses nearby that can be easily reached by foot."

"What a lovely place to relax, just what I needed after a long day on my motorcycle. It was a shame I hadn't brought my swimwear as a dip in the pool would have been lovely. For me it was just a shame that I had to pay €150 for one night which was almost €50 more than they advertise it for in their reception. If it included breakfast that would have been a fair price but this was an additional €12 per person. Also the WIFI did not work, although this was at the time of crowdstrike outage so will assume that this was the cause, but might be worth checking before you leave if this is important for you."

"La búsqueda de un lugar para permanecer a 4 horas de Calais pone un círculo alrededor de Troyes. En el hotel, el hotel está muy bien situado, y el hotel está muy bien situado. Nos encantaría ver si el hotel se encuentra en una zona de la ciudad, pero no se puede hacer nada. La tarifa total no era más que estar y comer en un hotel de cadena, pero la experiencia es mucho más agradable."
