"Me alojé en el Hotel Marin de Trabzon y me gustaría compartir mi experiencia sincera. El hotel tiene una ubicación excelente y ofrece unas vistas preciosas, lo que fue lo mejor de nuestra estancia. Sin embargo, hubo algunos inconvenientes que hicieron que la experiencia fuera menos agradable. Durante nuestra estancia, nunca limpiaron nuestra habitación y la higiene del baño no se mantuvo adecuadamente. El desayuno era muy básico y poco variado. Otro punto a destacar es que el tamaño de la habitación era mucho menor de lo anunciado: medía unos 14-15 m², mientras que la descripción del hotel indicaba 33 m². En general, si bien la ubicación y las vistas eran excelentes, la calidad del servicio, la limpieza y la precisión de la descripción de la habitación necesitan mejorar considerablemente."

"The hotel, overall, did not meet the expectations of a 4-star rating as it was described. The only positive aspect was the breakfast, which was acceptable to a certain extent. However, it still needs improvements and some basic additions to reach a better standard, although it remains within an average acceptable level. Regarding the rooms, there were clear issues with cleanliness. The rooms were not cleaned on a daily basis, and bed sheets and towels were not regularly changed, which affected the overall comfort of the stay. Another major drawback was the location. The hotel is situated in a residential, non-touristic area, far from the city center. This made transportation inconvenient and almost entirely dependent on taxis to reach any central or touristic locations. Overall, the hotel experience was below expectations and did not reflect the advertised rating."
