"Such a wonderful hotel! We were lucky enough to stay in the deluxe junior suite as a family of 4 and it was absolutely perfect. It overlooked the pool and had a lovely shaded veranda where we could cool off and watch the children in the swimming pool. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning was very much appreciated. The breakfast was very good with plenty of choice and the staff were so kind and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. It is situated slightly away from the main strip up a small hill but we enjoyed how peaceful it was. We would definitely recommend and would stay again!"

"We booked a two-bedroom apartment with a private pool, and on arrival our accommodation was ready for us. The apartment was spacious, with both bedrooms having their own private bathroom. There was also a kitchen area with a dining table, which was very convenient. Outside, we had a private pool with sun loungers, making it a great place to relax. The apartment was cleaned daily, and fresh towels were provided each day. The hotel staff were extremely friendly, accommodating, and helpful throughout our stay. We only ate at the hotel once for lunch, but the food was very good—especially the chicken club sandwich! I would definitely stay here again as it's a very relaxed and peaceful hotel.only a 5 minute walk to the beach and bars and restaurants.There is a supermarket next door but slightly expensive there are cheaper ones a few minutes away that I would recommend. My only criticism is that no sponges or tea towels were provided in the kitchen area, so we had to use a hand towel to dry our cutlery, pots, and dishes. Aside from that minor issue, we had a very enjoyable stay."

"Just returned from 9 days stay at the Anetis... what a fabulous time we had. Very clean rooms, excellent view, brilliant and hospitable staff. I wouldn't stay anywhere else as we have been truly spoilt by this beautiful place. Nothing is too much trouble for all the staff... Dennis, Billy, Ilias and all the staff from the Lifetime bar ensure that you have a wonderful holiday. The food in the Lifetime bar is delicious.....compliments to the chef.... I really can't wait to holiday at the Anetis again next year."

"We are still here... We booked a week at Tsvili Beach Hotel as my daughter was turtle volunteering on the island so we decided to chaperone in another part of the island. Her plans got cancelled so we asked the hotel f she could stay with us in our room (bit of a squeeze as 3 of us in a 3 bed room already). The hotel were very accommodating with no issues, great communication. On day 2 we were offered an upgrade to a family room which is beautiful with a sea view. Yes we had to pay for this but great the hotel tried to meet our needs. Staff are friendly, polite and professional. Food is good with a wide selection. If you're fussy about food, eat out! Choice is enough for everyone. Resort is lovely, plenty of bars and restaurants and, as the world cup is on, all showing the matches and are very friendly towards the English (other nationalities are available for comparison 😀) Beach is dark sand, goes out a fair way so great for small children (my youngest is 9 and went out a long way still being able to stand. Daytime entertainment looks ok, not experienced evening but not fussed as we'll do our own thing anyway. We love Greece and this is probably the best hotel we have been to. Recommend? Absolutely."

"Tuve una experiencia realmente decepcionante en las suites Elegance Luxury Executive en Zakynthos. Para empezar, los precios son desorbitados para lo que ofrecen. Las comodidades básicas que uno esperaría en una suite de lujo brillaban por su ausencia. La ducha no tenía agua caliente, lo que hacía que empezar cada día fuera un suplicio. Para colmo, parecía que casi todo en la suite estaba fuera de servicio o necesitaba mantenimiento. Desde grifos rotos hasta electrodomésticos que no funcionaban, era evidente que la propiedad no estaba bien mantenida. Uno de los aspectos más problemáticos de mi estancia fue encontrarme con un camarero muy desagradable. Este tipo de comportamiento es totalmente inaceptable y arruinó toda la experiencia. Es decepcionante que el personal no abordara este problema con prontitud. Por último, cuando intenté relajarme en la piscina, me dijeron que no había toallas disponibles. Este es un servicio básico que debería proporcionarse sin excepción en un establecimiento de lujo. En general, mi estancia en Elegance Luxury Executive Suits fue una experiencia lamentable, llena de decepción e incomodidad. Desaconsejo totalmente reservar una estancia aquí. Casi se me olvida mencionar el pésimo desayuno. El desayuno que se sirve en Elegance Luxury Executive Suits dejaba mucho que desear. Las opciones eran limitadas y la calidad de la comida era muy inferior. Parecía que escatimaban incluso en esta comida tan básica, lo que contribuyó aún más a la decepción general de mi estancia."

"The villa we stayed in was the carnation villa 3 bed 3 bathroom which was ideal for us 6 females Bathrooms and bedrooms modern and spacious upstairs bedrooms had a shared veranda Down stairs living room kitchen was fine too some of the kitchen could of been better prepared with more pans and maybe some basics like salt and pepper and a coffee machine and better appliances Outside pool area was perfect great padded sunbeds and bbq and outside table for 6 persons The villa is a steep walk but the guys on the buggies will always take you to the top or to reception to order taxi it’s actually only a ten min walk down if your mobile Our cleaners were great kept it pristine came everyday ! Reception staff great Only had a light bite and drinks one day and it was fine - great views My first time in Tsvilli it was great in the town all so friendly all the restaurants and bars are great We had a mixture of villa days/ nights with going out in to town or on trips We were 4 women 36-50 and loved it we got told off one night for being noisy but that was too be expected as we were ! No one told us about the gate code which we needed one late night as no one on reception had to ring the Kate night hotel number for assistance to get in or we wouldn’t of been able to get in to the villa"

"Our family has just returned from a wonderful stay at the Filoxenia. From the moment we were greeted by Maria we felt the warmth of the Greek hospitality and could see that this place was quite special :) The team there care deeply about their guests’ experience and are rightly proud of their beautiful space. We were lucky to be able to try their newly opened dining space on our last evening - it’s a real gem and finished to such a high standard. It was so lovely that the team was so excited about it! The hotel itself is positioned really well. It’s not part of the immediate hustle and bustle, so is a little quieter, but from just outside the hotel you can catch a short bus which would take you to the main strip of restaurants along the beachfront, or into Kalamata old town if you want to venture further. (All very walkable too.) We stayed in a family room, which consisted of a double bed in one space and a separate living area with a sofa bed. It definitely had the best layout of any family room equivalent we have stayed in on other holidays. It has been thought through really well. It was such a happy place to be and our kids are already campaigning for a speedy return!"

"Went to Selyria June 2026 as a couple Overall would definitely say it is not a 5star hotel, probably more of a 3star. Room was nice and clean, pool was nice, and food was good for breakfast/lunch. The reasons it didn’t feel like a 5 star: Poor customer service - bar staff and welcome staff were not warm and were very moody, not helpful for all inclusive. No report built and acted like a chore to make drinks for an all inclusive. Drinks were non branded alcohol, wouldn’t expect this from 5star. They close the bar at 11pm and switch off all the lights and kick everyone out!! Not even to finish your drinks. We were promised a gym on site, when arrived there was no gym, and when asked for discount on other gyms non were given. Simple requests like taxis and utilities were not accepted or welcomed. Overall the stay wasn’t bad but definitely not the 5 star experience we hoped, in fact we went out for dinner in the town most nights due to the service."

"Absolutely not a 4 star hotel. Only the pools for the kids saved this from being 1 star. Arrived mid day after a very early flight with two young tired kids. To be told our room won’t be ready for another two hours. Went back to reception after two hours to be told it still wasn’t ready. Three hours passed so they gave me the kid although the cleaner was still in our room so didn’t get in till almost 4 hours later. The food is terrible, hardly any fresh bread and the same trays of meat and pasta every day for the whole week. Drinks were rubbish. At least the beer was cold so it was drinkable. Beware of the toilets in some of the areas. Mixed sex toilets with swing doors that swing both ways with no locks. The gaps at the sides of the doors are big so you can see in to each toilet. We had to keep going in pairs to guard the doors. Our children didn’t feel comfortable at all. We did enjoy the splash pool and the swim up pool but that was the only thing we enjoyed. Walk down to the beach bar to enjoy a proper pint of beer."

"We have recently returned from a weeks holiday at the Atlantica Eleon Grand. The weather was extremely hot, but the hotel is set up in such a way so that you can find ways to cool off easily. We paid extra to stay in the main building in a Seaview room, with a large double bed and a chair bed for our daughter to sleep in. We would recommend this, as the garden view rooms around the near stage would be very noisy in the evenings until quite late, due to the proximity of the evening entertainment. The room was quite small, but comfortable, although we were able to fit in without getting under each other's feet. We had a little difficulty operating the air-con when we first entered the room, but got it going in a couple of minutes and it was very effective. The patio doors were a little tricky to open at first, but we worked it out and were able to use the patio for sitting and, with its handy drying rail, drying wet towels and swimwear. Unfortunately the room is set up for just two occupants,even though the sofa bed makes it a three-berth room, therefore there were only two chairs outside; which was not ideal. The housekeeping staff were very efficient, and the room was tidied beautifully every day. The bathroom was roomy, with lovely warm water; although the hair dryer was next to useless – it overheated and switched off after about 30 seconds of use, so we would recommend packing your own if you have space. The hotel facilities were perfect for us, excellent pools, and surprisingly exhilarating water slides. It must be said that the lifeguards are more than a little over-enthusiastic in their whistle blowing attempts to prevent any form of jumping or diving into the pools; this, however, didn’t dampen our enjoyment of the water. Access to the beach is great, although we did take water shoes, which we found helpful when walking into the sea. The sunbed situation is typical of all hotels, with fellow guests reserving them before the sun has even risen! We were able to find three together every day that we needed them, though, so there seems to be enough to go around, and nothing is too far away, so there aren’t really any in a bad location. The restaurant has a good range of food, I particularly enjoyed the breakfast selection. Our daughter loved the crepes, and Kara who made them freshly was wonderful, and made a real fuss of her and made her feel really special – so thank you very much Kara, you are a credit to the hotel and the star of breakfast! The opening times of the restaurant suited us very well, and even at the busiest of times we only had to wait for a maximum of five minutes before being seated by the friendly staff. On several occasions there was a barbecue station on the terrace, which was a real treat for some freshly barbecued souvlaki or prawns. We enjoyed two meals at the a la carte restaurants, I actually preferred the Greek restaurant, but this is down to my choosing poorly from the Italian. My wife and daughter loved thei"
