After staying for just one night, I decisively cancelled the remaining two nights. I chose this hotel because it was listed as a five-star hotel on Ctrip's luxury list and is a relatively new hotel, only opening in 2025. I figured with the ranking and being a new property, it couldn't go wrong. However, after one night, I realized the hotel doesn't even meet 5-star standards; it's more like a 3.5-4 star. The bedding had hair and unidentified objects, the bedside table was dusty, the toilet had urine stains, the shower water pressure was very low, and the breakfast from 7-10 AM was a complete mess. If you claim to be 5-star and charge 5-star prices, then please ensure your brand delivers 5-star standards and service. If you're just putting on a show and not improving management and service quality, then good luck in the future. Also, Ctrip should take responsibility for its real rating standards."
