«玩得超開心的，在山上雪比較大，在門口玩雪，玩一會就進去裏面喝熱水暖和一下又出去玩。在酒店去滑雪走幾步路就到了，很方便，和平滑雪場比較適合中高級，初級的坡對於菜雞來説好陡。酒店送了早餐，如圖所示挺豐盛的，但是午餐晚餐就比較難，住在山上總是有那麼一些缺點的，味道就是維持生命哈哈哈，餃子比較好吃。送了温泉，泡得通透。酒店的工作人員都很熱情，前台小姐姐很漂亮還温柔，有接送站服務，去温泉也有接送，玩得很開心，謝謝招待呀»

«非常糟糕的一次入住體驗。民宿真的很容易踩雷。一共住兩晚，第一晚晚上房間有非常大的響聲，感覺就在頭頂上傳來的 嗡嗡的響的人睡不着。工作人員和經理都過來排查，當時已經十一點多了，找不到原因。房間裏的馬桶，冰箱，空調全部關掉，也還是不行。民宿還叫來了物業人員一起查找，查到了十二點多也沒用解決問題。詢問能否換一間房，告知當日已滿房，沒辦法轉天還要包車去延吉，還要早起！硬着頭皮睡了。第二天工作人員也還是沒有找到聲音的來源。但是聽到前台小聲説之前也聽到A203房間客人吐槽説有聲音。（原來你們也知道這個情況！還説從來沒有人反映過）還在經理承諾第一晚房費免掉，第二晚給我們換個房間。然後就來到了第二天。第二天我們是包車去了延吉，快晚上十點到的民宿。給我們換了一個一樓的房間。結果一開門就感覺屋裡有一股臭腳丫子的味道，但是因為很晚了就將就睡吧。結果，更讓人無語的是，茶几上的煙灰缸裏竟然還有沒有倒掉的煙頭和煙灰！真的是最最基本的衞生都沒有做好！這麼低級的錯誤也能犯？！非常不愉快的體驗。避雷。。。»

«There was a bit of hiccup at check-in, and my guess is language barrier might have contributed to it, but eventually it was sorted out, as the booking was already paid via Trip.com. The hotel is not far from the town of Erdaobaihe and Changbaishan high speed railway station, but it's definitely NOT within a walking distance. Taxi or personal driving would have to be arranged. The hotel is big and the lobby is so vast and spacious, but it may be the timing of my visit that is rather empty and quiet. The room is so spacious. I especially love the bed topper; it's so comfortable. Despite the language barrier, the service is wonderful. Although I was a solo guest, they provided a full Chinese breakfast, and it has the best beef dish in China! They have a service that will take you to Changbaishan Visitor Center, north slope entrance, and you may return by taxi. Overall, despite a minor setback in the beginning, I'm impressed!»

«高鐵站接送站服務（提前1天預約）:提前電話和酒店溝通預約了接站。師傅提前就溝通好細緻又暖心。 環境：酒店在小鎮裏，晚上環境很好，晚上小鎮有表演和煙花。 多少還是有新裝修的味道，白天可以開窗通風晚上夏天還是要開空調味道就湧上來了 服務：小哥積極幫忙拿行李，早餐在另外的地方，也特意帶着我們走過去。很贊👍。但是，我一個人帶着三個長者，兩個孩子，定了三間房，辦入住之前就備註要臨近房方便照顧，入住的時候還是給我們分到了樓上樓下，沒有電梯我一直在來回爬樓，雖然我們是衹住一晚，在我懇求考慮一下我們的情況後，店家表示旁邊的房間有人要住，我也沒有在強求，可是直到我們離店，同樓層的隔壁房都是空的，為了晾味房門一直大開着。»

Alojarse el día llegamos más de una hora antes, la hija está muy desconfortable, no quiero salir, el hotel es muy intimidad para ayudar a arreglar rápidamente y limpiar las habitaciones y completar el alojamiento con antelación. En el otoño turístico de Changbai Mountain, el hotel ha ayudado a fijar el coche para llevarnos a la estación, de modo que no nos preocupamos.»

«The Villas was really beautiful and huge! The receptionist on the day we checked in was far from friendly. But I don't think its fair to give bad rating based on 1 person as the other staff I came across was nice. We fell in love with how beautiful the Villas are, wish we stayed more.»

Breakfast was decent with a good variety, but it can get quite crowded and busy, which might be a downside for those who prefer a more relaxed morning. Overall, a pleasant stay with excellent hot spring facilities!»
