Hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful during our stay. They were professional and always smiley whenever we got back hotel. Especially yu min 于敏 wang jing王晶, they helped with our smooth check in and check out and my many enquires. Requested for late check out for 30mins and they gave me 1 hour instead, really appreciate for that!!! We were surprised with the little gift pack from the hotel. It’s the local tea leaves and volcanos rock!! It’s something so unique and interesting as a gift! It’s one of the best hotels I would say!! Room was spacious, clean and smart. The layout and lighting of the room make our stay very comfortable and convenient. Breakfast was delivered right to our room in the morning at our specific timing. This saves us effort to make our way to the dining place for breakfast when we can enjoyed it in our room. The laundry room was definitely a huge plus for us. Totally free of charge for washing and drying clothing. The stay was so great and we decided to extend one more night. Location is near the town area. Either flag for taxi or ask the receptionist for help would be a better option. It’s very convenient to roam around the area as taxi is widely available. Overall it was an awesome and enjoyable stay.

This hotel the counter staff very friendly and helpful, because online communication problem , hotel not arrange pick up from railway station, but when we reach hotel , they give us upgraded room . The room is very comfortable. The staff also help us to book changbaishan ticket, for my handphone signal very weak can not login the app . Hotel have free Korea dress for guests to take photos,because they are good service and comfortable room we stay one more day. Thank you all staff for your kindness and friendly.

Check in area was quite messy, not properly organised. Only one staff to attend to check in/check out when we arrive at evening time. Day time could be better. Need to get breakfast coupon during check in (if you booked with breakfast), and dining area is the hotel beside. Staff in charge of local tour package is helpful and assist us to book the tour as the ticket to Changbaishan was fully sold out. Apparently, visiting Changbaishan needs to pre-book your ticket beforehand to avoid disappointment. Local tour we joined was pretty good as one will be ferried around the 3 main visiting spots by coach. Main plus point is that the hotel is near a hotspring hotel and the entrance point of north slope (both within 3-5 mins walking distance from hotel).

入住了長白山亞朵酒店五晚的高級大床房。 這家酒店裝修非常新，配置了健身房洗衣房閲讀區，我覺得功能很完備。房間的陳設也很高端，配置堪比五星級酒店了，除了沒有浴缸哈哈哈。不過書桌和床頭都配有無線充電功能，實在是太貼心了！特別值得一提的是床品，超級超級舒服！我對睡眠質量非常挑剔，通常在其他酒店睡覺都不太安穩，但在亞朵，簡直是貼床秒睡，是走的時候想要把枕頭和床墊都扛走的程度😙 酒店的工作人員服務超級無敵爆炸好，特別感謝前台小哥富貴兒！剛入住時，我對分配到的特殊房型不太滿意，前台小哥非常專業且熱情，在盡力滿足我們需求的前提下，全程很樂意與我們溝通並協調換房。特別感動的是，即使在他的休息日，依然還在跟進我們的需求🥹第二天我們就順利換到了滿意的房間。非常讚賞酒店工作人員的業務能力和靈活應變的工作態度👍 太棒了 此外，酒店的早餐也讓我非常驚喜，種類豐富且美味，特別有我喜歡的豆腐花😚，整體以中式餐點為主。 酒店的位置也非常優越，步行就能到達雲頂市集、雪絨花和北景區集散中心，不要太方便了！ 總的來説，這次的住宿體驗真的超預期地滿意，以後出行首選亞朵了哈哈哈🤣

The smart hotel really has smart rooms where Chinese voice commands are used with XiaoDu. Everything in the room are clean, new and well designed. The reception ladies are all friendly and professional, with one of them especially helpful. They have drivers who can send the guests to nearby places such as the breakfast places and railway station (5mins away). This hotel is centrally located in Antu town. Some rooms provide fruits every day which is much needed for me. Laundry service is provided too upon request.
