I have travelled with my family & We have booked 2 Rooms for 2 Nights. Both Rooms were Golden Temple Facing and you will feel Holy Vibes in the morning as MORNING ARDAAS Started. They have served Tasty Breakfast in the Rooms & Staff is very Cooperative. The Golden Temple is exactly opposite to the Hotel & The Entry Gate of Golden Temple is just 1 Minute / Few Steps Away from the Hotel and market as well. They have provided newly renovated rooms. Their Travel Desk is also very Honest & Reasonable. We have faced some Fraud & Problem in Haridwar but Mr Navneet - Travel Desk Guy help us to resolve and Arrange our Car transfer through their local reference in Haridwar while sitting in Amritsar. Kudos to the Entire Team and Management. Thank You Once Again and God Bless You.

Rating it 2 star just because of the helpful and polite staff and working aircon otherwise this hotel has to improve on a lot of things. Foremost is cleanliness which was lacking. Linens, pillow covers, comforters were not clean at all and seemed that they didn't change it after the previous customers left and seemed used and not fresh. There were stains on everything. Even pillows were torn and stuffing was coming out of those. I saw an ant on my bed and was very hard after that for me to sleep in the bed. Towels were damp and when I asked for a new ones, they were dirty too. Washrooms were relatively better and clean. No kettle in the room for tea/coffee and no free bottled water as falsely advertised on their site. Also, it is not 1.6 km from Golden Temple as falsely advertised but 3 km away. Had to ask for toilet roll. I didn't have a comfortable stay and could not wait for the next day to checkout. If you want to have a budget stay, then probably go for it otherwise there are a lot of better options available near by so do not waste your money on this hotel.

I had recently visited Amritsar with my mother, I decided to stay at Aura Grand. I never thought that it would be a great experience as I had no info where to stay in Amritsar. But my decision turned out very well. I had great time being at Aura Grand. Staff was very polite and humble. To be honest first time I have loved the taste of hotels inhouse kitchen food. Kadhai paneer was really good and tasty. I request you all to give Aura Grand a chance to experience the wonderful hospitality of them. Stay- 5/5 Food- 5/5

A parte material do hostel já é muito boa. A localizacao é das melhores, bem perto do centro e dos pontos turisticos da cidade, é possivel visitar tudo sem ter que contratar taxi ou tuk-tuk. Localizacao: Insuperavel! Os cuartos sao bem amplos, as comas confortaveis e os banheiros varios e bem amplos tambem. Já a perte humana ... fantástica. O pessoal do hostel merece um mencao especial. Manjú a administradora e toda sua equipe nao se contentam com oferecer o básico e necessário. Eles sempre surpreendem oferecendo dicas, informacoes e cuidando de todos os detalhes. Muito feliz de ter escolhido este hostel. Agora vou exigir muito mais nas minhas próximas hospedagens.

Stayed at Welcomheritage Ranjit Vilas for 2 nights with family, and both elders and children enjoying the stay. It is located close to the airport in a quiet residential neighborhood and is easier to find with GPS. The property is excellent with a traditional setup equipped with modern room facilities. Breakfast buffet spread was great with Indian vegetarian options (poori, paratha, etc.), bread, corn flakes, milk, etc. and eggs were available on request. The hotel also has recreational activities such as turban tying and tractor ride but we didn't have enough time to explore it. There is a swimming pool too though we didn't have time to use it. Hotel is located around 30-45 mins by car from the Golden Temple and Jalianwala Baug.
