Very kind and friendly nd helpful staff but at first day I arrived early in the morning at 07:30 Am or 08:00 I think there was a guy Mr. Anuj I asked him is it possible to early check inn he told me that take a seat and wait for 10 minutes and after 10 minutes I was told by Mr.anuj that your room is ready i thought wow but after few minutes Mr.Anuj said I have to pay 1500 more for early check inn then I left the hotel early in the morning and came back for check inn at 16:00 o clock something. But I can understand I came earlier so it’s fine but all the FO staff and room service staff is great as well .
But specifically the lady who clean up my room everyday I forgot to ask her name but she is very good at communicating provide the best service thank you.

Country inn hall of heritage amritsar is the best hotel in amritsar. They have wide variety of food in buffet breakfast and dinner. Food was delicious and quality of food was great. Room was spacious and clean. Property was neat and clean, well maintained. Room amenities was great and all amenities are of 5 star hotel. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I will definitely recommend this hotel.

The property is centrally located in Amritsar market, distant at a walking distance of 10-15 minutes from everything - golden temple, jalianwala baug, the partition museum and that too at a reasonable price. The rooms are quite decent for couples, family and even friends. They have 1 restaurant and the food there served is also decent. The only thing I disliked about the property was they charged us for early check in that normally other hotels don’t. Barring that the hotel is quite good for stay, food and service. I would definitely recommend staying at this property.

El hotel es muy agradable, situado a una distancia de caminar al templo dorado. Una excelente servicio al cliente desde el escritorio y el personal del hotel. Llegamos a la mañana temprano para un check-in, sin embargo nos dio una habitación y nos cuidamos durante todo el estadío. El desayuno es un desayuno que me faltará.

This situation got somewhat embarrassing as she didn’t believed in us until Mr Inderpal Singh the Front End Manager got involved and resolved the unfounded claim.

From the services (receptionist, bellboy, housekeeping, restaurant staff) being excellent to the cleanliness and the very modern looking hotel that this is.
Requested the hotel to organise room deco for my wedding anniversary and Mr Manoj Sharma ensured to overdeliver with a beautiful deco and cake in the room which was a pleasent surprise for my wife.
The food at the restaurant above is delicious and regardless if its breakfast buffet, high tea and/or dinner, the quality remains top notch and the service even better by their superb staff.
Hotel is located within Hall Bazaar itself which makes it easy to walk around for shopping and also just a 5-10 mins ride to Sri Harmandir Sahib.
Honestly, for a 4* hotel, this hotel had the people, food and facilities of a 5* hotel. Love everything bout this hotel and having celebrated my wedding anniversary here, this hotel will always remain special to me and my trip to Amritsar, India.

My real disappointment was the boutique in the hotel . Tailor made a suit but turn out horrible and need major corrections . Waste of time and money .

AAbhi chatterjiGreat hotel, great food, and the most cordial staff. Special shout out to Sonu ji our guide and driver for one day outing in Amritsar, took us personally to the golden temple, didn’t just drop us outside the temple and parked the car, but instead walked us up to the temple and guided us all the way. Thank you again Mr. Sonu. And also the f&b service team were very nice.

El hotel dispone de instalaciones estándar y una pequeña piscina con gimnasio en la parte superior del hotel. La única nota ácida probablemente fue cómo el hotel mede el personal por***. El ***ager de la cafetería y los guardaespaldas insistieron en que damos buenas comentarios. La segunda cosa no profesional fue que nuestros vuelos estaban en la noche y pedimos una salida tardía. El escritorio delantero parecía divertido y estaba jugando con nosotros. No es profesional. Recomiendo la comida incluso si su precio (a la carta) es significativamente más alto.

UUsuario invitadoThis hotel is very near to the railway station . They are family run business and they made you feel safe as a solo female traveller. The Golden temple is a bout 3km walk , I managed to walk there with the help of the locals every time I want to make sure I am on the right path . Google map is helpful the the road is a bit confusing. However , you can just get a tuk tuk outside the hotel . I paid 100 rupees for each ride .
The taxi from the airport cost me rupees $650 .
Overall I will still come back if I am alone.

KKevin GurbaniMy 1st time in Amritsar and had a wonderful time at holiday inn hotel,the staff of the hotel was top notch and made me feel very comfortable and welcoming thanks to neeraj at the reception ..the rooms were huge and got upgraded to the deluxe room..special thanks to mr Raghav Sharma(Duty ***ager)who went out of his way to make sure i was comfortable and also to Jaykrishna ,kanta, sohan at the resto who attended to all my needs very well..and for the help desk ppl all were very well…will definitely come back to Amritsar and will always stay at Holiday Inn..i would highly recommend this hotel to everyone..and also this hotel should for sure get a 5 star rating⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️(Kevin Gurbani-Jakarta Indonesia)
