"El hotel está bien situado junto al agua, y cuando llegamos, nos ayudaron bien, pero cuando nos envíamos a la habitación, no nos habíamos dado la habitación que habíamos reservado. Cuando descubrimos que había un error administrativo, el apartamento llamado apartamento estaba lleno y podíamos ser compensados. Porque la habitación que teníamos era bonita y que sólo nos quedaríamos una noche no nos pareció necesaria para prestar mucha atención. La habitación que nos dio era espaciosa, muy bonita ducha y espaciosa. Pero cuidado un poco desde finales de 2025 el restaurante está cerrado. Por desgracia, no puedes sentarse en la hermosa terraza. En general, el hotel cumple, lo único que lamentable es que la terraza y el restaurante están cerrados, lo que hace que las fotos que habíamos seleccionado (hermosa terraza al agua) no se tomen completamente."

"Una habitación limpia. Un poco complicado con el tráfico afuera. Muy buen desayuno, WiFi pésimo y la TV no funcionaba."

"Really disappointing. Car broke down in Calais, so we were stranded and had had no hope of getting there in time for our booking. Gave the hotel as much notice as possible (8 hours), and requested that they refund our room and breakfast but they refused. Needless to say we won't be booking there again and will tell the many travellers in our mototsports club to avoid aswell. Shame you couldn't be more sympathetic as you will now miss out on a lot of repeat business."

"We have eaten here 2 times for the evening, but have stayed elsewhere. The Weber guesthouse is exactly the kind of gastro that you are often looking for forgetting on the countryside in small places. The map is small and visual - I find it very good, since then I know that the things that are offered are fresh. On the first night I ordered the pot steak with fruit, there was rice and a pre-food salad. In addition to that I had a little too much soup on the table, the preparation and the taste were megalecker. Even of the many soups was nothing left, as I could use the rice bowl well for it. To the dessert I had still vanilla ice cream with sauce and chocolate. Very delicious - see photo! The service of the house, a little older lady, is top - never move around a speech and goes with her jokes to the guests. Maybe much. not everyone, I found it suitable and very typical for the gastro. The next night we were to be second and ordered Cordon Blue and Heftsteak with pepper frames. Also here we were not disappointed. Good portions and really good quality for a visually available budget. When we visit the ring next we will return here in any case! "Reservamos a través de *********** pero su sistema parecía doble reservado para nosotros, es decir, reservamos 2 habitaciones en lugar de 1, Bethel Hotel Zum Weinberg mostró absolutamente ningún interés en lo que podría haber ocurrido, en lugar de simplemente decir que tienes 2 reservas, El hotel está muy cerca de la ciudad, pero no se puede hacer nada. No es la manera de tratar a los huéspedes, especialmente si no quieres comentario negativo. Sólo no podían cuidar menos y parecían felizes que tenían uno sobre nosotros. Desafortunadamente *********** sólo girar el otro modo también. Terrible servicio al cliente."

"Excellent service, good parking, good food and room size. The only down side is the potential danger of getting on to the main road leaving the hotel. Unfortunately we weren't offered a room with a balcony and Rhine view although the hotel didn't seem fully booked as I had expected having booked just a couple of days before arrival. The extra price would have been acceptable."
