The location is incredibly convenient—just a 5-minute walk to the beach and 10-15 minutes to the Night Markets. The room is clean, and the overall environment is excellent. I’ll definitely be returning next year!

Es un hotel nuevo, limpio en todos los puntos. Dentro de la habitación hay completas comodidades. Los miembros del personal son muy acogedores. El ama de llaves ayudó a encontrar cosas. Lo que más me gusta es la piscina y la playa frente al hotel Jaja. Muy impresionado. Si tengo la oportunidad la próxima vez, volveré y me relajaré aquí.

So, as it was our first trip to Hua Hin, we needed somewhere central, and this hotel couldn't have been any closer to Bluport shopping Mall. Literally located adjacent to Bluport on Soi 100/1 - this hotel gets a 10 out of 10 for location. There are green baht buses that you can catch from outside Bluport to the other mall called Market Village for 15 baht per person. If you cross over the road to the opposite side of Bluport, you can catch a green Baht bus to Khao Takiab beach also 15 Baht ride. I would describe this hotel as budget to mid range and although clean, the decor is a bit dated and tired looking, especially the main reception area. The room we had was perfectly clean, and although the decor looked better, there was still a bit of a dated feel to it. The room has a mini fridge and tea & coffee making facilities, complimentary bottles of water, replenished daily. The mattresses are quite firm, but that suited us. The towels would benefit from being replaced with new ones, but they were clean even if they didn't look it. The reception staff were friendly but could do with more training on being customer solution focused. We enquired about hiring a car and both of the ladies we spoke to were not that helpful and never got back to us with any car rental information. The breakfast served was varied, and I found the staff in the breakfast room very attentive and caring. A good selection of Thai dishes, western breakfast ingredients, cereals and fruit galore plus some traditional Thai sweets which was an added bonus for us. The pool area of the hotel is very nice with a limited number of sun loungers which were quickly claimed by our fellow German travellers! Not a problem for us since we didn't intend our holiday lounging around the pool all day. Too much to see, do, and experience for us. 😀 Overall, I would say this is an okay to good hotel and great for a flying visit. If I were staying longer. I think I would be looking for something a little bit better.

Muy buen hotel, personal amable y servicial, ubicación muy tranquila, hermosa playa, la comida está bien, definitivamente volveremos a reservar, lo único es que necesitas tu propio transporte, pero en general es un hotel muy bueno y muy buena relación calidad-precio.

Потрясающее место, супер отзывчивый персонал, все для посетителей сделают, данный район не тусовочный, постояльцев мало, чувствуешь себя вип гостем. Так вышло что во врем поездки получила травму и этот замечательный отель предоставил инвалидное кресло, отель построен так, что гостям с ограниченными возможностями будет удобно перемещаться и чувствовать себя комфортно. Номера чистые просторные почти из все открывается вид на океан и пальмы. Есть большой бассейн и завтраки на любой вкус, а так же рум сервис и уборка каждый день!

Overall is great but this hotel considered as a 4 stars hotel but only gives one key card per room? It is not so comfortable at all. Also service is somewhat decent I don’t give 5 because staffs in breakfast service room choose to talks in pair rather than service customers. I ordered an omelet and there is only two table in the room after she finished my omelet which is the only table that ordered, the staff beside her should, I means at least service customer like walks and serve customer but nope this is not the case they both choose to talks in pair and looks at my table without doing anything, like omelet is done you come and get yourself, i means if they are busy with other customers I completely understand but there is no work left other than chatting and I have to walks half the room to pick up 1 omelet and they just looking without service mind! Not satisfy at all for the staff especially in breakfast room! Also 3 persons room is a bit misleading since in the picture where they show online is a proper bed but what I got is sofa that they make it like bed which is bad! They only show this picture online after the beautiful one so customer won’t notice it easily!

Really fantastic hotel. The staff are very pleasant and lovely. The location of the hotel is perfect nestled inbetween the city market and the old night market. If you go out the hotel and turn up soi88 you will get to the local market also within 5 mins. The hotel runs a shuttle bus to the old town beach (you can walk in less than 10 mins). However, the best beach is behind the Marriot hotel, just across from the Grand Hotel. Breakfast is really good and fresh and offers both European and Thai options. The fried eggs are cold tho, so you have to ask the waiter to heat them up. The swimming pool is nice too. Only downside is some of the guests 'reserve' sunbeds then disappear for hours, leaving other guests without access. Overall great place to stay and definitely want to return. All the rooms have sea view!

The hotel is clean and the room space is big within the price range. Moreover, the lights within the room is bright whether from electricity or from the sunlight. Really fantastic hotel. The staff are very pleasant and lovely. The location of the hotel is perfect nestled inbetween the city market and the old night market. The check in process was easy. Room spacious and pool area nice. However cleanliness level low, spiderwebs over parts of the ceiling, mini bar fridge had something sticky spilled on the bottom shelf and floor in corridor areas were dirty.

Fantastic reception who helped us carry our luggage right when we arrrived. Amenities and facilities were complete. Given the resort's 1 minute walk to the beach, they provided beach towels, slippers and facilities outside hotel (for washing feet and body). It was well thought out and super easy to go on a beach trip and reaching the resort room quickly. Food was great with breakfast included. It was buffet style for day 1 and ala carte buffet for day 2. Although the spread was limited but each dish was delicious. Room was clean and big. Towels smell great. Bed was comfortable even for duluxe room (although it is 2 beds combine into 1 ”king”). Room had free drinks except beer. Banana chips provided daily too. Hotel also provides clothes drying rack upon request.

The room is quite clean and large. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. However the ventilator fan in the bathroom is not working so it’s make the toilet smelly hope they’ll fix it.

Apartamento de lujo. Atmosfera agradable. Personal amigable con excelente servicio. También nos gusta la comida, la comida es deliciosa. Vamos a volver si vamos al sur.

Schöner und sehr liebevoll gestalteter Ort. Wir konnten hervorragend entspannen. Sehr langer und einsamer Strand, tolles Frühstück und sehr gutes Essen abends im eigenen Restaurant. Sehr freundliches Personal.

โรงแรมค่อนข้างเงียบ ทะเลช่วง สค.เงียบสงบดีค่ะ วันที่ไปเข้าพักเป็นวันธรรมดา จึงไม่ค่อยมีคน อาหารเช้ามีให้เลือก 2 แบบ คือ Breakfast หรือข้าวต้มเครื่อง พนักงานบริการดีมาก ยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใส ส่วนแม่บ้านที่ทำความสะอาดก็น่ารัก อัธยาศัยดี ถ้ามีโอกาสควรไปพักที่นี่นะคะ ราคามิตรภาพ

La habitación es espaciosa, la cama es grande. La luz de la habitación es tenue, apta para descansar. no apto para el trabajo Es una habitación normal y corriente. La cama a veces da una vista no tan bonita del jardín, pero en general sigue siendo un hotel al lado de la playa donde puedes quedarte.
