I have stayed in Hua Hin many times but now I will only stay here. Staff are happy helpful friendly, entire Hotel is spotless, two beautiful swimming pools great sky bar, very quiet and the location is perfect. Room is great.

The staff were excellent. Very good buffet breakfast and hotel was very clean. They allowed me to bring my bicycle to my room no problem. If there as a weak point it would be the pool. Blocked by buildings so really no direct sun if that is a concern for you. The gym was good, small but had what I needed and everything worked and I appreciated they provided disinfectant so I could wipe down machines before and after. I would absolutely stay here again and was 2 blocks from the night market and 2 blocks from the daily fresh fruit market

Es uno de los mejores hoteles que hemos estado en Hua Hin. La ubicación fue grande, increíble piscina y rodeada de excelentes restaurantes tailandeses. El personal era grande y muy fluido en inglés. La habitación era muy espaciosa. Sin embargo, no me siento bien iluminada. La sala de estar estaba muy lejos y no había toallas ni pulverizadores para limpiar el equipo. Incluso el equipo estaba polvo y no se limpió por un tiempo, supongo. El desayuno estaba bien, nada de fantasía y no mucho para hablar. En general, la experiencia fue excelente y me encantaría volver.

So, as it was our first trip to Hua Hin, we needed somewhere central, and this hotel couldn't have been any closer to Bluport shopping Mall. Literally located adjacent to Bluport on Soi 100/1 - this hotel gets a 10 out of 10 for location. There are green baht buses that you can catch from outside Bluport to the other mall called Market Village for 15 baht per person. If you cross over the road to the opposite side of Bluport, you can catch a green Baht bus to Khao Takiab beach also 15 Baht ride. I would describe this hotel as budget to mid range and although clean, the decor is a bit dated and tired looking, especially the main reception area. The room we had was perfectly clean, and although the decor looked better, there was still a bit of a dated feel to it. The room has a mini fridge and tea & coffee making facilities, complimentary bottles of water, replenished daily. The mattresses are quite firm, but that suited us. The towels would benefit from being replaced with new ones, but they were clean even if they didn't look it. The reception staff were friendly but could do with more training on being customer solution focused. We enquired about hiring a car and both of the ladies we spoke to were not that helpful and never got back to us with any car rental information. The breakfast served was varied, and I found the staff in the breakfast room very attentive and caring. A good selection of Thai dishes, western breakfast ingredients, cereals and fruit galore plus some traditional Thai sweets which was an added bonus for us. The pool area of the hotel is very nice with a limited number of sun loungers which were quickly claimed by our fellow German travellers! Not a problem for us since we didn't intend our holiday lounging around the pool all day. Too much to see, do, and experience for us. 😀 Overall, I would say this is an okay to good hotel and great for a flying visit. If I were staying longer. I think I would be looking for something a little bit better.

Pequeño y encantador hotel en una muy buena posición. Todo está muy cerca a menos de 5 minutos andando. 2 piscinas una justo en la playa con bar y restaurante. Los precios son un poco más altos que en la ciudad y son más impuestos más servicio, lo que equivale al 17 por ciento en todo. La habitación era bonita y un poco peculiar. Conseguí un precio mucho mejor en Trip.com que el que ofrecía el hotel. Así que lo reservé en línea mientras estaba en la recepción y ahorré más del 30 por ciento. Me alojaría de nuevo por la gran posición.

El hotel tiene una playa tan bonita vibes. No está justo al lado de la playa, pero puede caminar a 100 m. Cerca del mercado de Cicada y justo a través de la calle a Blueport. El personal es bueno y útil, pero sólo un poco decepcionante, ya que me di cuenta cuando llevo a cabo esta visita para celebrar el cumpleaños de mi bf y sería genial tener una pequeña sorpresa para él como una tarjeta, pero no sucede nada de eso, No digas ni siquiera feliz cumpleaños. El desayuno es así y no como en la revisión anterior, no bacon. Un último punto, hay muchos mosquitos a pesar de que el día que estaba leyendo el libro junto a la piscina. Es incluso en mi bebida de bienvenida, pero el personal hizo una nueva para mí.

Really fantastic hotel. The staff are very pleasant and lovely. The location of the hotel is perfect nestled inbetween the city market and the old night market. If you go out the hotel and turn up soi88 you will get to the local market also within 5 mins. The hotel runs a shuttle bus to the old town beach (you can walk in less than 10 mins). However, the best beach is behind the Marriot hotel, just across from the Grand Hotel. Breakfast is really good and fresh and offers both European and Thai options. The fried eggs are cold tho, so you have to ask the waiter to heat them up. The swimming pool is nice too. Only downside is some of the guests 'reserve' sunbeds then disappear for hours, leaving other guests without access. Overall great place to stay and definitely want to return. All the rooms have sea view!

Очень прекрасная территория, мы наслаждались каждый день. Номер отлично продуман, много места. большой телевизор, джакузи, все работает и исправно. Хороший вайфай, есть ютуб. Отдельная благодарность персоналу, давно не видели таких отзывчивых и внимательных сотрудников. Очень вкусные завтраки. В кафе отлично готовят, можно поужинать и пообедать. Прекрасный бассейн, глубина 1.3 метра, что позволяет комфортно плавать взрослым и не переживать за детей. На территории отеля возят на электрокаре. Мы провели замечательных 5 дней. В следующую поездку в ХуаХин обязательно остановимся в этом отеле. Сам отель находится примерно в 10 км от центра города. Мы были на машине, поэтому пребывание было максимально удобным. В номере предусмотрены полотенца для бассейна. Все полотенца очень мягкие. Хорошая уборка. Благодарим персонал отеля!!
