Check in was clean and error free, and friendly. Room was clean, pillows and blankets were clean, amenities available and convenient. Food service was excellent with lots of options including gluten free. Location was the best. Would highly recommend for others wanting a solid place to take a family.

Came over a little queer while away rang emergency services for help, that was last week ha ha. Apart from that just look after yourself always knowing your on holiday. Grin and bear it. Only here once I'm told. Couldn't fault the place, I tried but couldn't. Ps better than NHS food any day of the Milena. Keep up the good work. Pps if you don't agree don't read then.

Nice hotel in good location next to the Brighton Dome and short walk to The Lanes and the seafront. Our initial room wasn't great - v.small and some electrical issues and nowhere to work from with a laptop - the hotel was fully booked but the management kindly offered us an upgrade to the suite at a preferred rate which was gratefully accepted and went the extra mile to install a desk and chair which made things so much easier on our 5 night stay. Great coffee shop on the premises is a bonus. I get the feeling they were short staffed on the cleaning front, which i won't complain about as it seems to be a common problem across the UK. Overall a good comfortable stay and the suite was a good size with round bed, bath and walk in shower. A panoramic view provides plenty of light into the room. nice. Thank you

El hotel está muy bien situado, pero se encuentra en el proceso de renovación. Aunque se advirtió del paso en el paso a la habitación 4 mi esposa lo atrapó y la luz necesita mejorar o advertencias cinta puesta en el paso. Tuvimos que adelantar la fecha de nuestra visita debido a la muerte inminente de un pariente cercano y estaba muy decepcionado por tener que pagar un suplemento de £48.00 por habitación por la conveniencia de hacerlo aunque creemos que el hotel no tenía ningún Reservas para estas habitaciones, por lo que podría haber renunciado a la sobretaxa. No tuvimos la oportunidad de comer en el hotel, excepto por el desayuno que era excelente.

The services were great. Staff members were very helpful and friendly. Excellent breakfast. We enjoyed the leisure facilities. They don’t rent a lock for the lockers in the changing room, but wasn’t a big deal. The free wifi did not work in my room. They tried to fix it but didn’t work. That didn’t ruin my stay anyways. My only little suggestion is that it would have been more convenient if there were some shelves or small stools in the bathroom. The bathroom was very spacious but there wasn’t much space to put your own stuff other than just on the floor.

Everything was very beautiful, very cozy attention to detailing very tasteful decor. The receptionist was an absolute sweetheart with us. Location is good. Breakfast was ok. Comes with slippers and a bathrobe , although one of our bathrobes were dirty inside with toothpaste. The facilities need here and there an update, it was very windy outside and the windows let through a lot of cold. There’s some tiles on the bathroom floor fallen and for the price it was one would expect it being properly cleaned specially the toilet around mirrors and windows
